Born in St. Anthony of Padua, in Rio de Janeiro, Franco worked for the
past ten years as a artistic adviser and counselor Alex Murad, son of
Beto Carrero, who looks after the family business. Maurice Sherman,
director general of Zorra total, Wilton met in the 50s on Radio Tupi.
Sherman came to the theater and Franco was starting his career as an
announcer and actor of soap operas.
Already the story with The bungling began in 1966, when Franco, a director of TV Excelsior at the time, had the idea to create the humorous Adorable bunglers, with Renato Aragão in the cast. After going to Record TV with the name of The unsociable, the attraction debuted on TV Tupi with the title by which he would be known today. In March 1977, the program has reached the Globo TV with characters Didi, Dede, Mussum and Zechariah. In 1988, he returned to be directed by Wilton Franco, who led the group until 1992.
He also created That innocent people, attraction appears in the early 1960s on TV Excelsior, and the people on TV, which aired on TVS, first station of Silvio Santos, already in the 80s.
