William Matthew Fling was born in Columbus, Ohio, to Bill Fling, DVM and LeRita Sizemore Traylor, a middle school teacher. The family later moved to Worthington, Kentucky, where Matt spent his formative years. He attended an acting/modeling convention in New York City where he met Diane Hardin and upon invitation to attend her acting school, Young Actor's Space, moved to Los Angeles to pursue the film business. He is known for Warpath (2020), All the Lord's Men (2022) and Littlerock (2010).
