Tricia Fish is a comedy-drama writer who writes on season three of "Sort Of", the acclaimed Peabody-awarded comedy by CBC Gem and HBOMax. She wrote the Canadian classic "New Waterford Girl", a coming-of-age feature comedy that achieved record box office in Canada. She has written shorts, features - one of which she directed -- television drama, kids, and documentary. She was named one of Variety's "Top Ten Writers to Watch", and her work has garnered acclaim in the New Yorker and New York Times, among others. A graduate of art schools and Norman Jewison's Canadian Film Centre in the writing program, Fish hails from Nova Scotia and worked as a crew member in many different capacities before embarking on a professional writing career.
