A graduate from The Actors Centre and Australian Film, Television and Radio School in Sydney, Simon has been working as an Actor, Writer, Director, Producer and Editor since 1994 performing in various roles in film, television and theatre.
He has a long list of credits, starring in multi-award winning films and television series. His recent credits include, Paramount Plus's "Last King of the Cross", Netflix's "Caught", Roadshows "Blacksite" and STAN's "Year Of"...
He can be seen in the upcoming TV series for ABC's and Matchbox Pictures "House of Gods".
Simon has also won numerous local and international awards for his work as an Actor, Writer and Director.
As a writer, Simon has developed several feature films, all at various stages of development "Joseph's Lebanese Roll", has had two rounds of development funding from the New South Wales Film and Television Office. It was twice short-listed for Screen Australia's prestigious Aurora program, short-listed for Project Greenlight's competition and Indi-visions project lab and script development programs. It was also a finalist at the Los Angeles based BlueCat screenplay competition. In 2019, it was semi-finalist at the Australia Independent Film Awards.
In 2021 both features "Understanding Anatomy" and "Trapped" were semi-finalist at the Boston Screenplay Awards.
