Actor/Writer/Producer - Chris Corso has studied with many great acting coaches in Los Angeles including the Beverly Hills playhouse. He's also written several scripts including, The Gardener, a dark comedy about twin brothers fighting over a middle-class inheritance, and Surviving the Cool a drama that chronicles a jazz musician's journey through a mental institution circa 1958 -based loosely on true life events (Optioned) and Big Bank Hank, a big budget multiple heist picture, all of which are currently in various stages of development. Chris and Mars Callahan co-wrote a feature film called Poolhall Junkies starring Academy award winner Christopher Walken, Chazz Palminteri, Rick Schroder and Rod Steiger. Poolhall Junkies was released in theaters across the United States in 2003; it has become a cult classic! PHJ has over 500 positive customer reviews on amazon. Chris recently wrote and produced, a jazz documentary called The Amateur, it was released on Amazon in 2012. When Chris is not writing, he can be seen playing piano in a jazz trio in and around LA.
