Daughter of Christine Astin and actor Sean Astin.

She loves spies, so her dad Sean wrote a spy movie with Alexandra as the lead character.

Has two younger sisters, Elizabeth, b. 2002, and Isabella, b. 2005.

Granddaughter of actors Patty Duke and John Astin.

She toured with Sean on his promotional book tour for "There And Back Again - An Actor's Tale".

At book signings, lots of fans asked for Alexandra's autograph as well as Sean's.

At the end of filming, she got to keep the dress she wore in her scene, but it was apparently several sizes too small by then.
