- Also theater actress, ecologist, she is the sister of agronomist Claude Bourguignon. They are the children of psychiatrist and university professor André Bourguignon and grandchildren of Dr. Louis Justin-Besançon.
- Nominated for a César for best supporting actress for her role in Michel Deville's "Péril en demeure" (1985) and two years later won the award for best actress for her performance in Jean-Loup Hubert's "Le Grand Chemin" (1987).
