Andriana Andreeva Marinova was born on May 28, 1939 in Sofia, Bulgaria. She graduated from National Academy for Theatre and Film Art, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1962 in the class of Professor Georgi Kosov. She debuted in the role of Viola in "Twelfth Night" by Shakespeare in Vidin Drama Theater. From 1964 to 1992 she has played on the stage of the National Theatre. She has worked with such directors as Krusty Mirski, Encho Halatchev Mladen Kisselov, Krikor Azaryan, Boris Zahava, Clifford Williams, Arsa Jovanovic and others. Since 1992 she is an artistic director of the Coffee Theatre in Grand Hotel "Sofia". Her roles: Totka in "Tattoo" by Georgi Karaslavov; Viola in "Twelfth Night" by Shakespeare; Shura in "Egor Bulichov and Others" by Gorky and others. She starred in the Bulgarian movies and TV series "Village". She has taken part in dubbing movies. Her awards: Best Actress at the Festival of Coffee theaters in the country, 1982; Honored artist, 1984. She speaks French.
