The first movie had lots of uncomfortable sexual situations and now in vhs viral i cant remember even one except for the deleted segment in the special features. that being said i loved this movie and thought all 3 segments were high in intensity and concept. I'm stoked that this series has maintained its awesomeness!

The special effects look great, the acting is top notch, and the dialogue and social commentary are hilarious. All the men are dumb and the women are crazy. I think its fair to call this movie an epic and its my favorite movie about witches

The character Jerry steals the show and the movie made me laugh out loud on numerous occasions and needs to be seen. cult classic in the making I look forward to more from these guys.

With that said the special effects and action scenes were very cool. The characters were well developed and the horror was top notch. It felt a bit like rec to me because of the way it was shot but definatly earns its own spot in the horror world.

While watching this i got the same feeling i got when i watched one of my favorite movies "Martyrs". It also felt like the similar movie "Inside" and i'd even say "A Serbian Film" in that some of the subject matter and images are some of the most disturbing things i've ever seen yet you still feel like you are watching something special and artistic instead of disgusting or exploitive. Its well made, smart, and very disturbing.

So well written i loved this movie. The only reason this movie doesnt rate higher on the list is because once you watch it once you learn all the secrets so it wont have the same effect after multiple viewings. Great movie.

The practical monster effects were badass.

For those who don't know, basically these movies are about a virus that causes people to break out in a rash that turns into boils and eventually causes your skin to melt off. Cabin fever 2 went to some places that cross one of my only lines which is genital melting and I didn't make it through the whole movie. Now with number 3 and a couple years later im now more desensitized and was able to make it through this whole movie. it was nasty as hell and had a good story as well as THE best cat fight ive ever seen.

Still it feels like an intelligent movie that wraps things up nicely and has lots of intense moments and some very nasty gore.
