Guru and and his friends who were together since childhood, had am ambition to be firemen, until one of them accidentally has a run in with local thug.The plot unfolds into a cat and mouse game with a reasonable dose of edge of the seat thrill that works effectively at parts.
The whole film starts off like a tried-and-tested suspense thriller that goes into a plot twist of sorts. The good thing about the movie is that it subverts the typical flow of the plot, employing multiple plots each with twists and turns and hold the viewer's attention to some extent till the riveting climax. The film has to be commendable for trying to do something different from the usual run of the mill action thriller. each plot twist, Even after that, we keep getting something unexpected at each turn.The debutante director has done a pretty good job in establishing the plot early and keeping it flowing with a decent level of tensions and suspense.
The performances are one of the best seen in a Tamil movie this year and carries the story forward for most part of the film.Vikram Prabhu and the rest of the cast had done a good job . The music is pretty decent and the cinematography is one of the best aspects of the film There aren't unnecessary shots and scenes that hamper the flow of the film, and every camera shot seems to be tightly knit with the story line and scenes. The stunt sequences are , although just a few are excellent. The climax has a reveals a surprising twist with the antagonist Not a bad film by current standards. Worth sitting the 2 hours duration.
