      When Shazam says his own name to introduce himself to the other heroes, the lightning that transforms him from Billy Batson to Shazam, and vice versa, does not strike. However in the New 52 continuity (upon which this film is based), the word "SHAZAM" only works when he intends for it to. Otherwise he can say it without effect. This was necessary when they changed the character's name from Captain Marvel.

    A good introduction...

    Not a bad movie . The soundtrack, the voice acting, and animation are nice as usual as DC always has a consistent effort of doing so. They just lack in characterization and the plot/story. The dialogue wasn't all that bad I mean who doesn't want a laugh but comon it wasn't that corny or cheesy some of them were pretty funny. The plot/story definitely felt a bit too quick and had some annoying flaws, I felt like they were rushing some of the parts and only wanted to get ahead in the action.

    Overall an enjoyable movie but had a lot of room for improvement but it wasn't that bad though. A recommended watch in my opinion

    Memorable: No Rewatchable: Unlikely..
