L'interview de Guillaume Bogaert

Splendid "tranche de vie" of a life that will soon be coming to an end way to soon. Very orginal approach of a sad story that has been told many times before in cliché tearjerking dramas. None of that in this shortfilm! Director Fabrice Chan is at the same time a rather neutral interviewer and a compasionate observer. The acting by Damien De Dobbeleer, who performs Guillaume, is so natural that the first few minutes of the film I was in doubt wether it was fiction or a documentary. Vivid photography, cutting-edge editing. Writer and director Fabrice Chan does an excellent job in this beautiful shortfilm. Eager to see more of him!
