This is a short film that exceeds what one expects from a short. Not to be missed!

The "Monster and the Peanut" is a short film that possesses a unique quality for short films, namely that it is a complete film in every regard. The story and the characters are fully developed in a manner that leaves the viewer highly satisfied. This short is highly unique in terms of its content and the depth of involvement for the characters that it develops, especially considering its short running time. The title may leave one to think of a light hearted little fluffy film, but the "Monster and the Peanut" is anything but but fluffy, rather it is full of substance on many levels. The production design, cinematography, sound design, editing and directing are absolutely first rate. If you see this film it will change your expectations of short films, so be so warned. It really is that good.
