A sociological film made in 1978 that tells the realities of Turkey. It reminds me of the saying that the past is the mirror of the future. In the movie, a district governor is appointed to a district. The dignitaries of the district immediately greet them cordially. When they say feast every day, they want to rent the municipality's ark to irrigate their fields. The district governor, who is unaware of anything, is happy that he is a resource for the district's shortcomings. However, he learns the truth of the matter and starts to struggle with these aghas.
Both the squire order and the notables with strong backs still continue. Similar problems continue to occur without being brought to the fore.
There is no sex or nudity in the movie.
