      It was originally intended to be a theatrical release starring Tom Berenger reprising his role from the original film but after he declined, the film was rewritten and went straight to cable. He's only referenced briefly by Joey 6 when he meets up with Karl Tomasson after showing him his picture.
    • Blooper
      As Karl and Danny face the Hoods, Karl tels the Hoods to look at their chests so they can see the infra-red lights from the scopes. Infra-red scopes don't work that way (you do see a red dot but only through the scope and not on the target) but laser sights do mark their targets that way.

    Treat Williams takes over for Tom Berenger in this sequel that has nothing to do with its predesser. Williams poses as a teacher to find the people who murdered his brother and uncovers a ring of corruption. Less action than the first but Williams is actually a sometimes threating guy and gives a believable performance. Even though it won't kill any brain cells it is worth checking out.
