This is the second sequel to the Hong Kong action comedy Her Fatal Ways, where Mainland Policewoman Cheng Shih-Nan (Carol 'Do Do' Cheng) has been assigned to protect Chairman Chien of the Communist Party Central Committee (Ming-yang Li) in Hong Kong. There, she deals with another Kong Kong police officer, this time with with Inspector Lu (Anthony Wong), but they hope to put aside their differences in order to prevent Taiwanese assassins from doing in Chairman Chien.
This film's plot, unfortunately, was not very entertaining as the first two films, as this sequel suffers from slow-pacing, less action and less humor. The attempt at comedy was mostly goofy and nonsensical stuff. The chemistry between Nan and Lu were almost non-existent and the character development was weak.
You might get a few chuckles here and there, and might enjoy some tense moments toward the climax of the film, but don't expect too much from the story as the first two films out-paces this one by far.
