Played competitively in 10 sport teams: lacrosse, field hockey, netball, tennis, athletics (county), basketball, soccer, badminton, rounders and dance. Other sports and workouts she does as hobbies include swimming, squash, HIIT, muay thai, circuit training, weight training, hot yoga, yoga, zumba, golf, mini golf, hiking, walking, flyboarding and fliteboarding. She also achieved Duke of Edinburgh Bronze, Silver and Gold awards.
