So, This Is Christmas

This book somehow managed to have every trope I don't like in a story. Incredulous Americans who are weirded out by other cultures. Overly dramatic heroines who take everything as a personal attack. Privileged kids complaining about how privileged they are. It grated, big time.
There are a couple of sweet moments and the background wlw rep was nice but Finley was too much for me and it just made reading this book a chore. If Arthur or Ayisha had been the main character, I might have enjoyed this more - they had so much personality! - but with Finley in the lead, I couldn't stand it.
