Was chosen for a work thing, then we all realized that it didn't apply to our group, because we actually aren't dysfunctional at all, so we scrapped our plan to discuss it and went skiing instead!
That being said, I did learn some very valuable lessons...ok, I didn't...but I did read it, at least. For the good of the team.

having not apply to your team doesnt make this book a bad one.

Sure, Ron, maybe some people need this sort of "go team" hooey to motivate themselves, but I do not. Plus it was not especially well written or very interesting...unless you're still reading at a 4th grade level.
Best review. I hope the skiing was better than the book.
