Full of Surprises
4.5 stars - I like the playfulness and trust Leo and Aspen quickly develop. I also appreciate that they each feel the instant connection but take their professional roles serious enough to do the right thing and hold off the pursuit of something more.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this quick story about Aspen and Leo. He's an architect and she's a lawyer. They meet on the job for a new casino build. There is an instant connection, but they both have to fight it since there is a conflict of interest. Great HEA.

I loved this short, sweet, and steamy Zaftig Agency love connection romance. Leo and Aspen were such a great match for each other. After meeting through a work relationship, Leo pursues Aspen and they have the funnest and steamiest first date. The ending to their story is the best part. Leo loves to give surprises and his surprises are swoon worthy.

Ms. Zaftig did it again. 😉 Leo is an architect and after nasty break up he didn't want to fall in love again. That changes as soon as he meets Aspen. Their connection and chemistry is instant. Insta love, sweet, steamy ,romantic and safe with a sweet HEA and absolutely no drama😍😍😍

Leo like the designing part of his job, not so much the paperwork of it. So, the last thing he wants to be dragged into a meeting with a lawyer. Aspen worked hard at what she does, she got into a good school and make sure she knows her clients. When Leo walked into the room, it was hard to take her eyes off him. Feeling the connection, they both waited until the deal was done to do anything.
This is a sweet fast story with the right amount of steam, love and passion that will make you melt in your seat and tug at your heart.

Leo and Aspen connect the instant they meet. Work ethics keep them apart until contracts are signed. From there there's no stopping them. It's one adventure after another and love follows wherever they go. Another great match for Mona and the Zaftig Agency.

Zaftig Dating Agency does it again. They get these two together and sparks fly. I loved the chemistry between Aspen and Leo. Business came first for them but when it was over sparks flew and they knew it was going to be more. It was awesome and I cant wait for the next one

This is a story from an absolutely wonderful series I never tire of reading. The books are short but pack so much into them! The premise of the stories is that sometimes Fate needs a little help getting deserving people together. The Zaftig Dating Agency helps alpha men find the women of their dreams! This series gives the reader stories about all kinds of different people and topics, and you will love the people you meet here.
Leo Bowman is a 38-year-old architect who was referred to the Zaftig Agency by his friend, Jon Temple, who says Leo split up with his long-term girlfriend a couple years ago when he walked in on her cheating. Since then, he hasn't dated. Jon says Leo is happiest when he has someone special to share his life, so Jon hopes Leo will take a risk on the person they match for him. The woman selected for him to meet is Aspen Aguilar, a 26-year-old lawyer, an ambitious high-achiever. A meet up will be arranged at the White Pines Architecture Firm. Let the sparks fly!

This book is part of the Zaftig Dating Agency series and the main characters are Leo Bowman (38), an architect, and Aspen Aguilar (26), a lawyer. This dating agency is a tad different than others, in that it is family or friends of the people to be matched, who apply for the agency’s help and those being matched should have no idea that an outside force has brought them together at such an opportune moment. Fate brings Leo and Aspen together at the White Pines Architecture Firm, where Leo is dragged into a contract negotiation meeting by his boss and gets to meet Aspen, who he is almost overwhelmed by. This is a very short read with instant attraction between a man who had given up on love after being cheated on by his last partner and a woman who thinks she is in control of her life and everything in it that is until they meet.
He wants to ask her out, but has to wait until they are alone at the end of the meeting. Only she won’t mix business with pleasure and so he has to wait until their business is fully concluded before he can have the date he hasn’t stopped thinking about since he first set eyes upon her! When they do go for their first date, it is nothing like what she expected for a date, as he surprises her with something fun to do together. A lesson he learnt after he realised that he was working too much and not making time to go out and have a bit of fun or try something new. It doesn’t take long until their desire for each other cuts their date short and they retire to his home for a steamy session together. When you know…you know but sometimes a little nudging is needed by fate and zaftig dating agency especially when you have a broken-hearted man who has kind of walked away from love for a while until his friends around him notices he is much better with someone than without and that is where Mona comes in (the fixer I call her). Leo sexy as all get out Architect was in love until he caught his ex. cheating on him and that sent him for a loop (understandable) but his friend feels like he needs to get back out there. Aspen sweet, an attorney who has a job at the Architectural firm he works with to get the contract moving in the right direction. Leo would much rather be working on the drawings not dealing with paperwork but it is an unnecessary evil so to speak and walking into the office hearing her voice stops him dead in his tracks and he knew that moment he can’t allow her to leave without asking her out and the rest they say is history …does she accept, can they work together or will they wait until the contracts are signed, was Mona right again, does he find love/happiness again?

The story is about Leo Bowman, a thirty-eight year old architect who works for White Pines Architecture Firm, and Aspen Aguilar, a twenty-six year old lawyer. They meet when Aspen's client is negotiating a contract with White Pines Architecture and Leo has been assigned to oversee the negotiations for his firm. For both it is an immediate attraction but they both know that nothing can happen as they are negotiate on different sides of the deal, so a big conflict of interest. But as soon as the negotiations are over Leo is asking Aspen out and she is accepting. Things move quickly and turn steamy hot even before dessert can be served.....well maybe not that quick but after containing their feelings it is fast and white hot passion.

This is book number 83 of the Zaftig Dating Agency series and focuses on Leo and Aspen. Leo had avoided relationships since he caught his last girlfriend cheating on him and didn't think he was ready to trust someone again until he met Aspen. They both had a strong connection with each other but had to wait a few weeks until they were able to actually go on a date. Once they were finally clear of work obstacles, it was full steam ahead towards a great HEA. I really enjoyed this story. Great addition to the series!

This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read.
I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Leo is an architect that loves his job, when he meets Aspen in a meeting, will love blossom between them?
The chemistry between Leo and Aspen is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

I thought that this was a really sweet book. Leo and Aspen were wonderful together. I really liked the connection and the chemistry between these two. Leo and Aspen are drawn together but their work relationship, they have to postpone really getting to know each other. Once work is taken care of, Leo and Aspen are able to date and they are wonderful together. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Jane as a wonderful author.

This is another good story in the "Zaftig Dating Agency" series of short and stand alone stories. It is a fun, fast paced, quick read about Leo and Aspen. The premise of the "Zaft Dating Agency" read is a matchmaking story, where sometimes fate needs a helping hand. She is a lawyer and he is an architect. These two meet through a work relationship on a casino build. Their first date is so much fun and sexy. The attraction is instant and the love follows very quickly. This is a sweet, sexy and cute read.

Leo and Aspen are Mona's latest couple. They're both professionals, but have to wait to go out due to a conflict of interest. But the trust and attraction are there for both of them from the moment they meet. It's short... it's sweet... it's steamy... they're a perfect couple... and I loved reading their story. So, as I understand it, this is part of the Zaftig Dating series by Fox but that each can be read as a stand alone. This is the first book I've had the pleasure of reading of Fox and very much enjoyed this sweet read. Main characters are Leo and Aspen and they have such wonderful and instant chemistry. Short, steamy and sweet - what more could you want?!?

Leo has been asked to meet with the lawyers of a new building that he is working on. He doesn't want to meet the lawyers, he just wants to design and see it put into place. Aspen has been focused on her work. She is the lawyer Leo has to meet. These two have chemistry and can't act on it yet because of working together on the project together.

Leo and Aspen are both over achievers, but cherish the special times they have together. The storyline was well written with intense desire, understanding of each other, complete trust and protectiveness. Loved that they could not wait more than a few minutes after the contract was signed to contact each other for their first date. Great blindfolded ending.

This was a really sweet and steamy age gap romance. I liked the storyline and the characters, Leo and Aspen showed a lot of respect for each other and their work in their first meeting and I liked that. Their first date was really cute and ended so steamy. I really liked this story.
