Don’t miss the second installment of Gabra Zackman’s scorching new series.

“Stop the wedding!”

No bride wants to hear those words, least of all Susannah “Legs” Carter, one of the Bod Squad’s best agents. But when her colleague Jackson bursts in with news that her presumed-dead father may still be alive—and possibly a double agent—the vows are on hold and the Bod Squad hits the road.

Jackson wants to help, but he’s a little distracted by Cajun cutie Lisa Bee, his closest coworker. They’ve always been friends, but there’s nothing like a little overseas danger to set sparks flying! As the two work to track a criminal mastermind, will they swap undercover work for under-the-covers play?

Another spy adventure by the members of the "Bod" squad. A touch-in-cheek, humorous story with lots of flirting, puns, and innuendos. And I'll admit to being biased as this is written by the talented narrator of my Study and Healer books - Gabra Zackman. :)

All In is the second book in the action packed massively entertaining Bod Squad Series by Gabra Zackman. I could not wait to read the second book in this series. All In was just as entertaining as Game On.

All In starts out with Jackson interrupting Susannah and Chas' wedding. What a way to kick off a happily ever after then to have it stopped by a friend with a mystery that has to be solved right now. Jackson has news of Susannah's father (whom has been presumed dead) and he fears there is grave danger if they don't act now. So off the team heads to another country where they find danger, maybe a few answers, and definitely a few more questions to the mystery.

Jackson gets paired with the lady of his dream Lisa Bee. Jackson has had hidden feelings for Lisa for a while now. He didn't want to put their working relationship in jeopardy so he has fought his feelings. Oh my do things get extremely hot and steamy when they discover their mutual attraction.

All In has all the makings of a great book. There is suspense, drama, danger, hot and steamy romance, humor, deep friendships, and mysteries to be solved. I have really enjoyed both books in this series so far and I can not wait to read book 3. I'm anxious to see which of the possible couples find their mutual attraction. There are also bad guys still out there that need to have their rear ends kicked or taken out.

One of my favorite things about this series the way this team works together. They have each other backs and are ready to jump in to help a fellow teammate almost before the teammate knows they are in need of help. They are that good together. I formed an bond with each of the characters. They are well written and each has their own unique personality that just fits. Oh and I can not forget all those amazing and fun gadgets that they have. They have some of the most fun gadgets that help them get the job done and to stay in communication with their team.

Gabra Zackman has a nice writing voice and has developed a series that I have enjoyed and can't wait to read more of!

I was given the opportunity to read this great story so that I may share my thoughts with you. As always it has been my great pleasure to share my thoughts with you on All In.

The gang is back!!

The day of Susannah and Chas' wedding is interrupted when Jackson comes back with news about Susannah's father. The Bod Squad has no choice but to reschedule the event and go in search of answers.

Jackson is determined to help his friends and co-workers. He also wants a chance to tell Lisa Bee how he really feels about her. Sadly, Lisa Bee only knows a part of his persona. She believes him to be nothing but a flirt and a player. Dissuading her of her beliefs is on Jackson's list to win her love.

Lisa Bee is happy with her job. She likes Jackson. He has been a great friend to her. She wishes he would change and be someone she can be with. She just can't believe he can do it.

~~

These series is fun to read. No major drama. It's full of action and has many players. All of the stories are progressing. I can see many love interests developing and I'm happy with the pairings.

I like that we don't really know who are all the baddies yet. By the end of the book, there is still no clear cut answer.

I won't miss reading the next book in The Bod Squad series.

All In
by Gabra Zackman
All in as a story is follows the ideology of the card game terminology. Two sets of characters find out that they are not only partners in the Bod Squad but a glorious erotic romantic match. Our main characters Chas and Savanna are on the verge of marriage, all in ready to start their life. Now within the pages of All In, the author brings together Jackson and Lisa Bee, the backbone of the Bod Squad find they are a perfect match, in love, work and play. The story is a mid-story book, like the Two Towers, showing the conclusion of the pervious book but begins the imperative next story that will make audiences impatient for the next book. As Gabra Zackman pulls the heartstrings of her characters and audience she creates international intrigue that will enamor more readers to her dynamic characters.

Bod Squad Book Two

Chas and Susannah's wedding is interrupted by the news that Susannah's father may not be dead and that he's in trouble. Jackson brings the team to meet his friend, Mahmoud, who fills the them in on the dangerous men he has been following. The team splits up to cover more ground and each find clues that lead to a huge discovery and a terrible plot.

Audio Review:
The full cast performance of this series is clear and precise. The characters are each voiced by a different narrator and the overall story is narrated by the author. It is like listening to a movie.

If you're looking for a fast-paced adventure with romance and danger around every corner, this is the book for you!

Another great read from Gabra Zackman in this second installation of the Bod Squad series. At first, I missed that we weren't as closely following Suzanne, our heroine from book one, and Chaz, the man lucky enough to win her heart. But Ms. Zackman did such a good job of introducing all the other characters in book one, that when we started following the budding romance of Lisa Bee and Jackson, I got wrapped right up in it! The exotic locale set the scene for romance and adventure perfectly. Another page turner that left me wanting more Bod Squad adventures. Very much looking forward to book 3!

Such a perfect summer read. All of the characters from the first book in the series are back, but the author wisely let another pair of the Bod Squad take center stage. Although the story revolves around Legs and Chas, we really get to know (and fall for) Lisa Bee and Jackson in his installment. Like the first book, there's a lot of action and romance, but the true delight are these vivid, funny characters. I'm already looking forward to book number three!

A little laughter, some eye rolling and a lot of eyebrow raising disbelief gave ALL IN a mixed review from this reader.

It's FTP operatives Susannah and Chas' wedding, but things are anything but blissful. When fellow teammate Jackson tells the team that Susannah's long thought dead father is actually alive and living in Africa, they're all left reeling! With the rest of the Bod Squad joining them, Lisa Bee, Tyka, AJ, The Boss, Fritz, Rafael, and Mahmoud all head abroad to find out what's happening with Susannah's father. But they all find so much more…some find love, others find death, and then there's the potential deadly destruction facing the U.S. The Bod Squad is the BEST at uncovering white collar crime, but they may all be over their heads on international terrorism.

ALL IN, the second book in the Bod Squad series was an interesting follow up read. The POV's kept jumping from character to character, allowing the reader to see things from many perspectives, yet having the impression of organized chaos. I didn't know whether the story was about Susannah and Chas' aborted wedding, Lisa Bee and Jackson hooking up, Tyka and Mahmoud finding kindred spirits in one another, the Boss feeling useless, or a combination of all…plus an overall theme of figuring out who knows what, where and when. It made the book fast paced, almost to the point of whiplash, but it also kept me on my toes wondering what was going to come out next.

This series has a prohibition era retro vibe but it felt more tongue in cheek than authentic, more cheesy than cool. Like the playful yet old school dialogue, the agents were hopelessly terrible at agenting yet presented as the elite the U.S. has to offer. Yikes. There's a little sex in this book, more playful than erotic though, yet still yummy. Overall and like the first in the series, this book elicited mixed emotions and left me unsure as to whether I actually enjoyed it.

Bottom Line: If you liked the first Bod Squad book, Game On, you'll enjoy this spunky spy spoof follow up. - See more at: http://www.theromancereviews.com/view...
