More Than Just a Reno

Paul meets the librarian Allanah while looking for original plans of a house he is remodeling. It’s an instant attraction and Paul asks Allanah out to dinner with him. They connect right away and it leads to a HEA.
Sometimes you need to read a short fluffy story like the ones in this series to get your head back into a good place after reading something dark.
Or if you don’t have a lot of time to read these stories are pretty quick and straight to the point the perfect thing to accommodate your time.

Another great insta love ,older man/younger woman short story by Jane Fox. She does a terrific job packing a ton in such a short read. This is Paul and Alannah's story. It's a sweet and sexy quickie and I loved reading.

I have enjoyed all of these "Zaftig Dating Agency" short and stand alone stories. It is a fun, fast paced, quick read about Paul and Alannah. The premise of the "Zaft Dating Agency" read is a matchmaking story, where sometimes fate needs a helping hand. Alannah is a librarian who spots a man who looks like he could use some help, Paul. Paul sees her and it taken aback. The attraction is instant and the love follows very quickly. This is a sweet, sexy and cute read.

This was a great age gap romance. It was fast paced and the storyline was entertaining. I loved the ghost references, it was so cute that Alannah was trying to keep the ghosts away from Paul at the library. The chemistry between them was clear and I enjoyed reading their story.

A really enjoyable romance in the Zaftig Dating Agency series! It is fast-paced, intriguing, engaging, steamy, romantic, funny, and well written with likeable characters, instant chemistry, and more. Definitely recommended.

This is a story from an absolutely wonderful series I never tire of reading. The books are short but pack so much into them! The premise of the stories is that sometimes Fate needs a little help getting deserving people together. The Zaftig Dating Agency helps alpha men find the women of their dreams! This series gives the reader stories about all kinds of different people and topics, and you will love the people you meet here.
Paul Hickman is a 39-year-old contractor who was referred to the Zaftig Agency by his brother, Tom Hickman, who says his brother has been irritable and short-tempered since he broke up with his long-time girlfriend, Ginger. Paul had been ready to settle down, but Ginger enjoyed clubbing and partying and had no desire to start a family. A level-headed, family-oriented woman who can appreciate Paul's dry sense of humor would be perfect for him. The woman selected for him to meet is Alannah Patton, a 27-year-old librarian. Since Paul has been working on restoring an old apartment building and wants to locate the original plans stored in the basement of the Monroe Public Library, he just might bump into Alannah there. Let the sparks fly!
A woman with a beautiful smile walks up to Paul to see how she can help. She leads him to the area where he can find the house plans for his restoration of an old building. Labor of Love is the latest successful match by the Zaftig Dating Agency. This story is about Paul Hickman, a thirty-nine year old Contractor who has been referred to the agency by his younger brother Tom. It seems that Paul has become more than a little irritable and short-tempered ever since he broke up with his long-term girlfriend. Mona matches Paul with Alannah Patton, a twenty-seven year old librarian at the Monroe Public Library. Their paths will cross when Paul needs to look at the architectural plans of an old Victorian house he purchased to renovate. One look at Alannah's curvy swaying hips as she leads him to the basement to find the plans and Paul is going to be lucky he can even think. Alannah may have moved to the area recently and has not done much exploring yet but Paul is more than willing to be her tour guide, for the rest of her life.
This is a deliciously sweet and spicy hot story, so another great addition to this wonderful series. The story is fast-paced, insta-lust/love and the characters are both extremely likeable and fit together nicely, plus they have some great chemistry. I enjoyed this easy and entertaining read.

Paul is a contractor, has been in a terrible mood for a while. His brother thinks it’s due to the fact he broke up with his long time girlfriend and seek the help of Mona Zaftig, the famous matchmaker.
Needing house plans for are renovating project Paul heads to the local library. When he first walks into the library a beautiful, curvy woman sees he is lost and ask to help him. Too shock to speak, he says two words “house plans”, but there is something about her green eyes that draws him in and he needs to be near her.
Alannah a librarian just spotted the gorgeous guy and asked if he needed help. After showing him what he’s looking for, all Alannah could think of was him. Now it’s closing time and Paul asked her to dinner which she excepted. For what ever reason Paul and Alannah click and the both can’t get enough of each other. Is this the beginning of a wonderful relationship?

Zaftig Dating Agency has another successful hookup man she is good. Who would have thought going to the local library would lead something more than just books that would be our Paul sexy as all into rebuilding an old house looking for the original blueprints for the old house and needing a little help from the librarian. Alannah is sweet, usually quiet, works as the librarian so when the sexy man asks for her assistance everything stands still for both of them staying professional is hard every minute, she is with him and the same for him the more time he needs her help and thinking of any reason to keep her near him. But he can’t just leave without getting more information or asking her out to get to know her better so upon leaving asking her out to dinner will she agree to go out and can they find happiness?

Paul is restoring an old house and needs to look at the old building specs. The old building specs are located in the basement of the library. This is going to be the unexpected encounter that leads to something more! Alannah is fairly new in town, having taken the librarian job after graduating from college. Alannah is helping Paul find the materials he needs. Alannah has a good feeling about Paul. What will Paul do? It is a lighthearted, romantic, heartwarming, enjoyable read. The characters are likable/lovable - they were made for each! Really enjoyable read!

She knows that beautiful librarian Alannah would be perfect for him! Paul is working on a old house and decides to look at the original drawings so he heads to the library, what he didn’t expect was to make and fall for back Alannah the librarian! He will instantly that she is the one and will do whatever it takes to make her his! Another great book by Jane Fox!

Paul restores old buildings and needs the original house plans that are in the basement of the local library. Going there, he meets Alannah and she takes him down there and finds the right plans. Loved the ghost comments. Meeting up again right before closing, he invites her to dinner and then to see the house he is working on. The characters are well defined and have great emotions and interests. The storyline is fast paced and full of fun situations, great dialogue and intense feelings. Loved the way she could see family improvements like the treehouse and garden. Great ending.

Labor of love is the latest release in the ‘’zaftig dating agency’’ series.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. When Paul goes into his local library for building plans, he doesn’t expect to also find love.
The chemistry between Paul and Alannah is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.

This is book number 80 of the Zaftig Dating Agency series and focuses on Paul and Alannah. They meet at the library that Alannah works at because Paul needs to look at some blueprints for a house he is working. Paul was immediately captivated by Alannah as soon as he met her and knew she was something special. I loved that they both had shared values and what they wanted in life lined up. This was a great book and a great addition to the series!

I thought that Alannah an Paul were great together. I loved the deep connection and the chemistry between these two. Both thought that there was no way the other could be interest in them but they were prefect for each other. Alannah and Paul understood each other and wanted the same things in life even though there is a age gap between them. I thought thought that this was a wonderful book and I would recommend it and Ms. Jane as an awesome author.

He knew they weren't right for each other so he ended it. He ends up meeting Alannah who works at the library. They have instant chemistry. And of course they have their happily ever after. Older man who enjoys curvy girls, younger woman who goes for the alpha male type. Author Jane Fox keeps them coming and each is as good as the last. I look forward to the next.

This was a sweet drama free story that was feel good and instalove.

So his brother sets him up to meet his match. He meets his future when he meets Alannah, the local librarian. It was definitely a mutual attraction and he knows Alannah is the one for him. Labor of Love is a sweet fast read that warms your heart. With the end of his last relationship, Paul is hesitant to get involved again, but when he goes to the library for research his heart tells them is something else he needs to look up.

Love this story about two people, Paul and Alanna, who necessarily aren’t purposely looking but yet found the someone who fits into their lives. Like the homes this resourceful young man restores, he knows when something is valuable. Sometimes you just need to go with your gut and see what happens.

Paul plans go side ways when he meet Alannah and I l loved it. They both feel in love with each other from the beginning and I was not able to put this down till the end. I love when Zaftig Dating Agency strike again where they help push those alpha makes to these beautiful women.

I always love a good Zaftig Agency instalove story and Labor of Love is no exception! Sweet story with wonderful characters - can't help but love it!
