One night. One mistake.
Then my future was in his hands.

Lawson Brooks.
Big. Mean. Older.
He made me beg.
Then I begged for more.

But, there's more to him than I realized.

Complicated. Troubled.
A scowl that seems almost permanent.
A stare that makes my knees weak.
The firm hand I've always needed.

I unravel in his arms.
He pulls me back together.

I fall so fast my head spins.
He catches me.

I tell him my fantasies.
He makes the come true.

But, when everything falls apart.
Can I do the same for him?

Lawson was drowning in guilt for a lot his past actions. He did not have anyone to confide in anymore, since his only friend is now married to daughter. Lawson had go back to work at the company that he helped started, working for his best friend Bram. Bram did not know that Lawson was hurting that so bad, because was always happy. Bram would try to mend their friendship but Lawson was not receptive to the idea.

Lawson caught Ainsley and a friend thrashing his office the night of the company's Halloween party. Ainsley friend fled leaving her at the scene of their crime alone with Lawson. She begged him not to call the police. He told her to clean up the mesh while he continued drinking. They started talking as she clean up his office and Lawson found out that she was easy to talk to. As the night progresses he found out that he was captivated by her. Because before that night Lawson thought that he was dead. He wanted to spend more time with her, so he invited her to dinner at his apartment later that evening.
Ainsley made him feel alive and made him wanted to be apart of living again. She spent the weekend with him playing out some of those fantasy that was played in her head. Ainsley introduced Lawson to some titillate sexual fantasies that he had never participated in before which in turn wake up the beast in him.
These fantasies includes being the warden to prisoner breaking the rules, dress code violation, smoking, drinking, naughty cheerleader, and many more. Lawson hand some harsh punishment for breaking rules with spanking, withholding orgasm, and hard pounding. They were meant as punishments but instead Ainsley was turned on. Lawson had never seen anyone as submissive as her and this turns him on immensely.
They fantasies and sexual act was erotic, smutty, and licentious. Lawson craves something that he never received in his previous relationship and Ainsley gives that to him. She brings out the pleasure sadism in him because she craves torment. He had experience anything like what share before in any relationship. They started to fall for each after one weekend.
However, they relationship did not come without it's challenges due to their age differences, and misunderstandings. This is story had some great secondary characters from previous book, healing mending friendships, acceptance, love and a wonderful HEA.

I received an advanced free copy of this book from the author via Bookfunnel.com and I am voluntarily leaving my review.

DON’T CALL ME DADDY IS THE PERFECT LITTLE KINKY PICK ME UP. 5 “I’VE BEEN A VERY BAD GIRL STARS.

“What’s one more sin when you’re already going to hell?”

Are you craving a fantasy filled, insta-love romance that’s both naughty and nice? Then leave your inhibitions at the door and open the pages of “Don’t Call Me Daddy” by author Kelli Callahan. Where naughty and nice play really well together. And when they don’t, a good old fashioned spanking just may be in order.

Even before they met, Ainsley, a wild child and wayward daughter and Lawson, the divorced father of two who loves smoking and whiskey and isn’t looking for love both lived with insecurities. Those insecurities negatively impacted and controlled the direction their lives took. Each becoming cynical, lost and very much alone as well as reckless due in part by their lifestyle choices.

Do you believe there’s someone for everyone? I believe there is. Lawson and Ainsley are a perfect example of a couple who compliment each other despite their differences. It would be so easy for them to get caught up in all the reasons they shouldn’t be a couple. I loved the way they threw caution to the wind and went against the grain. Regardless of age, opinions of others and even their own self doubt.

Lawson and Ainsley. Two strangers. Yin and Yang. Two broken misfits. One young, the other much older, both trying to find their place in this world. I gotta say, these two people are very endearing and I connected to their characters immediately.

Maybe it’s the generation gap between them. Maybe it’s Lawson’s permanent scowl. Maybe it’s that he’s a silver fox in need of the love of a good woman. Maybe it was the way he embraced her fantasies, even if it was awkward for him in the beginning. Maybe it’s Ainsley’s sweet, quirky and rebellious nature. I think she’s very funny regarding her “daddy issues”/fantasy imagination. What can I say? I rooted for them since the night they met.

As in any relationship, Lawson and Ainsley will find themselves faced with circumstances dealing with maturity, inexperience, vulnerability and confidence. Each a teacher and student. Age has nothing to do with it. Or does it? Fantasy is fun but it's not real life. What about intimacy, getting to know each other? To just be. That’s where maturity comes in.

Navigating a new relationship can be tricky. Challenging even. Especially if it’s taboo. Making rash decisions can cause unforeseen dangers. Like a twisting, winding, complicated road. If you’re not careful, that road can come to an abrupt end, sending you crashing into a tailspin.

They say there’s strength in numbers. It seems Lawson and Ainsley are stronger together as a couple more than they ever were lost, alone, misguided and self-destructive. Strength, conviction, respect and love breathes new life into these two people who were thrown together by an act of self-destruction.

Is it possible to make it work between them regardless of their age difference? Is their taboo relationship sustainable in the long term? Will their fear and uncertainty hinder a promising future together, leaving Lawson with a permanent scowl and a bottle of scotch and Ainsley with her lustful fantasies and a broken heart?

Or will these soulmates show those insecurities the door and hold onto that strength, that love, their destiny? To be together, to honor each other and bathe in the power of love. A unified love outside the box? Imagine the possibilities.

If you like your kink served up sizzling hot, with a side of humor, then indulge yourself by taking a big ole bit out of this slice of heaven. Fulfill your craving and take a ride on the kinky side with Lawson & Ainsley, a most unlikely couple who are just a couple of broken souls falling in love.

I devoured this romance. It was fun, flirty, and fabulous. Oh, and did you see the cover of this book? I could just gobble him up!

Would I recommend this book? You bet I would. Doesn’t it change the world? Nope, but it made me smile and entertained me. It’s the perfect little kinky pick me up. In the end, I gave Don’t Call Me Daddy 5 “I’ve been a very naughty girl” stars!

This book brings us Lawson and Ainsley. Lawson's life is a mess. He is a lonely man, who has lost his family. His daughter married his best friend, and there was anger (this was from a previous book, "Daddy's Possessive Friend - another excellent book), as his best friend married his much younger daughter. He is now working at the same company as the man who married his daughter, and is just going thru life with no joy in it. There is a party that he feels obligated to go to, and he meets Ainsley there. She is young, and he knows that she has set her sights on him, but he is in a bad mood, so he goes to his office to get away from everyone. As he is entering his office, it is in the process of being demolished by Ainsley and her friend whose father worked for the company, and Lawson fired him. The friend disappears, however, Ainsley stays to help clean up. They talk, and Lawson has not had that kind of relationship with anyone, even if she is young, in forever. They have an instant connection, but it takes Lawson some time to make his move on Ainsley. Ainsley has many fantasies that she wants to come true, and while Lawson gives into her fantasies, he wants so much more. Yes, there is an age difference, but the way that Ms. Callahan writes these books, you root for them. This is a great read and I highly recommend it. I did receive an arc for an honest review

♥️🌼Don’t Call Me Daddy🌼♥️
I’ll be honest...I’m not usually a ”Daddy” reader...I had a fantastic relationship with my late dad...and it just skeeves me out when reading a lover being called, “Daddy”....but...full disclosure...I bought this book because Jose Barreiro was on the cover....and decided I’d read it....I am so glad I did...Don’t Call Me Daddy is a good book...and it’s part of a whole “Daddy” series...who knew? Yeah..I may have to check it out...♥️🌼
Lawson and Ainsley are a generation apart and as different as night and day....and they are perfect together...Ainsley is all about her fantasies...props and costumes included....Lawson is all about their reality....and Ainsley....He is the calm to her storm...and she’s definitely the storm to his calm....their chemistry is hot...and the writing is smart and sexy....I really am glad I read the book...Maybe the moral is...More authors should use Jose Barreiro as their cover model...♥️🌼

Love me a hard silver fox! 😍

I was curious about this book since Lawson was in Daddy's Possessive Friend as Kiana's father. To be honest, I didn't care for him much in that book so I was really hoping he would redeem himself and I wasn't disappointed.

Lawson has hit rock bottom. Even though he's having a hard time, I was really glad to see he wasn't sugar coating how clueless he was and how much he hurt his family.

Ainsley was also at rock bottom and was really floundering around. I loved that she able to see when she messed up even though she still had a hard time not doing the messed up things.

Lawson and Ainsley were perfect for each other. They were both lost and were able to help each other while growing individually and together. Of course I also loved the Daddy elements in this series.

Can't wait for the next book!

I love this series by Kelli Callahan. I love this latest one. I couldn't put it down. I always love reading anything by her. I can't get enough of her worlds.

Ainsley is a bit lost right now. She doesn't know what she should be doing with her life. She goes with her friend to sneak into a Halloween party. Her friend has a plan to trash an office there to get them back for her father's firing. Ainsley has always had a thing for older guys. Lawson's life is a mess right now. There is something about Ainsley that draws him. They bring out something in each other. Will they be able to find a way to make their relationship work?

I received an ARC from the author/publisher for an honest review.

Wow did this book have so much bad boy action. If your not into the whole role playing ,BDSM theme style then this book isn't for you.
Lawson is feeling down on his luck since everything happened with his family, comes face to face with Ainsley a girl caught up in her friends revenge against him (Lawson). Little do either know the road they would walk down over the weekend that would change both their lives. Ainsley needs to grow up and take responsibility for her actions with alittle helping hand from Lawson can she make things right and turn her life around.
This book focused on just these two with little interferance from others so was a great read without too much intense drama.

Sweet, sexy, inspiring

An interesting May, December romance. Ainsley and Lawson meet under highly unusual circumstances when Lawson catches Ainsley and a friend trashing his office.

Ainsley is a very young girl with lots of fantasies and daddy issues. Lawson is a much older man who has pretty much given up on life, until Ainsley walks into his office.

This isn't your usual romance, but it is a sweet representation of the heart wanting what the heart wants no matter the age barrier or the obstacles it creates.

This book didn't hit the right "Daddy" tone for me. Ainsley needs a good spanking alright and some therapy. She's is just so lost and immature, then again she's 19. He's reluctant and broken at 40ish. I just don't buy them as a couple. I guess i didn’t see a real connection. Everything at the end is rushed and it just felt anti-climactic. So much is glossed over quickly.

There are a couple steamy moments in it but overall it's a miss. The cover is hot af though. That is what drew me in.

I have not read the other books in the series and i think Im going to pass.

Wonderful love story

Oh my word I couldn't get enough of this story, it was like fate bringing Ainsley & Lawson together when her so called best friend Sarah left her at his mercy after getting caught destroying his office, only it was the best thing that ever happened. After the way he was in the last book I really did not plan on wanting to see him & Ainsley together they were both troubled but brought out the best of each other & the hot sexual chemistry between them quickly turned into a deep love. I really liked this story.

I've generally been enjoying this series but this one did not do it for me. Lawson was so depressed and just pathetic in the beginning, he did nothing for me. Ainsley was definitely not mature enough to be in a relationship with an adult. Them not being able to figure out their sex life within like two days was giving Lawson way too much stress. It was just too psychological on why Ainsley was into calling him Daddy and he didn't even like it (which i guess the title clearly explains). I just wasn't into it and kind of couldn't wait for it to be over.

I thought that this was a really good book. Lawson and Ainsley were great together. I really liked how they were exactly what the other needed even though Lawson was a little resistant to what Ainsley truly needed. The chemistry between these two was scorching hot but also comforting for both. I really enjoyed this book and I can't wait to see what Ms. Kelli has in store for us in this Daddy world!

Ainsley has always been attracted to older men but was always rejected by them. She has Daddy issues and is continuously getting into trouble of her own making. When she happens upon Lawson who has lost it all and is in a low place in his life. They both feel a spark they haven't felt in a while and together they help each other and find love along the way. A sweer older man younger woman story. I received this as an ARC and give my review voluntarily.

What a great story! This is a follow up book to Bram & Kiana’s story. Her father Lawson Brooks. He now works for his best friend at the company he started with him and he’s repairing his relationship with his daughter. Divorced now and his son in the wind Lawson is pretty depressed. Then he meets Ainsley and things start to perk up. This is an OTT insta love and all the feels lead to a great HEA. Dive in and be ready to be swept away!

This book was just so amazing. I loved reading Ainsley and Lawson's story so much.

As usual I love reading one of my favorite tropes Older Man/Younger Woman (OM/YW)

As I was reading I was wondering why a couple of the characters were familiar and I realized they were from a previous book. Loved that.

I received a free e-book and this is honest review.

I liked Lawson and Ainsley. It was easy to feel the chemistry they shared and the heat they generated. These characters each have their own issues and baggage, which added depth to the story. A skillfully crafted blend of emotion, steam and drama pulls you in and has you invested in this pair. I'm freely posting a candid review.

Daddy

I kept seeing the ads and was tempted then I finally bought the book. I wish I had just bought it when I was first tempted. This was very well written. I am very impressed. The story flowed nicely and the characters, oh the characters, they were phenomenal. They had personality, chemistry and depth. This was a great book.

Lawson and Ainsley. He is lost. Adrift. Drinks. Barely hanging on. Meets Ainsley at a party. And again later as she is trashing his office. Takes her home.

Insta love and healing begins. Both has something the other needs. This was cute. I liked it. It was the first in this series I have read, and ended up reading another because I liked it. (I liked this one more).

Ainslee sneaks into a Halloween party to wreck an office with her best friend. Little did she know it was the office of the extremely handsome man she had been flirting with. After he catches her and makes her clean it all up, he brings out a new side of them neither were prepared for. Loved this book.

Loved this book. Lawson was in a dark place for a long time until he met ainsley, ainsley is a lost nineteen year old that doesn't know what she wants until lawson walks into life. Can they heal each other or is it to late?

This was a quick/easy read, but I just couldn't get into the characters and found the entire story very tedious. Granted the major character was 20, but she was so immature and superficial I could not like her and found her pretty much shallow and annoying.

At first I wasn't sure..

I didn't care much for Lawson or Ainsley in the beginning, they were both such self-serving individuals, feeling sorry for themselves, but the further one reads we find a story of mutual redemption and growth with a very happy ending for all.
