In my daily search,i found an author i’ve never read before. After reading the blurb,i took a chance. And i’m glad i did. This was a story that drew me in from the start,and didn’t let go until the last page.
After a being in a car accident,Jerri lies in a coma for 22 days. When she wakes up,she doesn’t remember anything,at all. Not her closest friends,not her life. Nothing. Only Locklin shows up in her dreams,and she can’t even see his face. But she knows he’s real,and she needs to find him. The search for him,and the search for her memory,breaks my heart. The twists that become apparent when she finally does find him,were even more heartbreaking.....
If you want to know what happens,and if there’s any chance at all for a happy end,i say find out. Read this story. It’s worth it.

Ms. Harlow Stone has done it again. I have been not so patiently waiting for another tome from her & boy did she deliver. She knows how to weave a story of suspense & intriguing relationships that keeps you wanting more when it's over. Ms. Stone if you happen to read this: for the love of goodness please write your next book(s) faster & don't leave us so long without one.

There are not many books that instantly grab me from the first paragraph, Mind Lies by Harlow Stone is such a book. Most books I read the first chapter and then get drawn in, Mind Lies literally fish hooked me a drug me along from the ride…..and what a fricken ride!!! Mind Lies has it all love, mystery, suspense, sexy ass Irish accents, and hot brooding men.
Can you imagine waking up not knowing who you are, who the people standing around your hospital bed are, why they are crying, or even worse why the hell you are in a hospital bed??? This is what Jerri wakes up to when she comes out of a coma. And all she can remember is a man who holds her like she is his everything, protects her, and makes her feel cherished. Is he a memory?? Or just a man she dreamed?? He feels so real, the dreams seem so real.
Jerri finally figures out that the girl next to her bed is her best friend, Portia. Portia would do anything to help her get her memory back, but she has no clue who the man Jerri talks about is. She has never meet Lock and Jerri has never mentioned him. Could he really just be a dream???
When Jerri's car accident turns out to be more than an accident she just knows that there is something more about her past and Lock. Buckle up next to Jerri and take this emotional and thrilling ride into the unknown. Jerri will find out about her past, the dangers threatening her, and if Lock is more than just a dream.
Harlow Stone is a kick ass suspenseful writer. She grabs you up and does not let you down. It has been a long time since I have read a book that made me want to jump to the end to confirm my suspicions. I was freaking out…praying that Jerri would find her Lock, and that he was everything she "remembered."
Mind Lies is a mind riveting, heart aching, soul attaching book that you will not want to put down. It will stay with you long after you finish. It will be the book you talk about and remember for years to come.

It is a good thing that she is an open minded woman because she lets her best friend Portia help lead forward to try and find herself again. A beautiful, mysterious and haunting story that morphs from a tragic tale of love, to a dark and twisted nightmare…….. with a happy end.
Layers upon layers of the mystery surrounding the heroine’s amnesia are slowly and methodically peeled away, revealing a rather intricate plot.
The heroine wakes up in a hospital after three weeks in a coma, following an accident she can’t remember. She can’t remember anything consciously, but her sub-conscience feeds her snippets of information in the form of dreams. The dreams all focus on one individual.
Ironically, that one individual she does remember, appears nowhere in the life she is slowly getting reacquainted with.
There were a few ends in this intricate story that seemed perhaps a bit stretched as they were drawn together, but the book is sufficiently compelling that I didn't find it difficult to overlook.
I hesitate to elaborate any further on the plot, because it would completely ruin the impact of every layer Harlow Stone reveals as she skillfully peels them back in this highly intriguing novel.

INTENSE!
She awakes in pain to strangers and no memory except of one man who may be a product of her imagination. We are kept in suspense as clues unfold and the horrors from which she has fled are revealed. This is a different sort of psychological thriller and well narrated by Madeline Shade, who maintains the tension beautifully.

This is the first book that I have read by Harlow Stone and holy shit is it a roller coaster ride of emotions! Talk about getting sucked into a story and just when you think you have it figured out she throws you for a loop and the loops keep on coming! Well written, thought provoking, suspenseful and filled with emotion this is an awesome, awesome read.
Jerri has just woken up from a three week coma and the life that she had before is history. She remembers nothing of her past and now needs to learn who to trust and who will aide in her recovery. She has a long road ahead of her and she lets her best friend Portia in to help her along the path to better health, with the hopes that she may just be able to recover the memories that she has lost.
When Jerri begins to dream of a man who she strongly believes she has ties to everyone has to wonder if he is a figment of her imagination or if he really does exist. What will it take for Jerri to come to terms with what she perceives to be reality and truth and what may not be true at all? I really cannot say to much more without giving away this story. You are just going to have to trust me and go and grab your copy. I was sucked in from the first few pages and taken on this wild ride as Jerri tries to piece her life back together. This book gave me the FEELS! I was happy, sad, angry and more. The roller coaster ride was worth it!!!!

I loved everything about Jerri's story. This mystery man that haunts her dreams and their life together there. She remembers nothing of her life but him after waking from a weeks long coma. I loved her best friend who stands by her side in all things even not being remembered at first. They have a connection that goes way past memory loss. I loved the mystery of Jerri's life prior to her accident and how the author let it unfold slowly throughout her search for Locklin. There was a surprise that I didn't see coming and I loved that too. I couldn't put this book down and hated when I hit the end as I wanted more of it. I can't wait to read more by this author.

Love!
My first book from this author was the Ugly Roses trilogy and I was hooked! So I’ve been binge reading her books ever since.
Mind Lies is suspenseful and the H an h are right up my alley. Jerri is strong as hell and I love that she isn’t afraid to get what she knows she deserves. Lock is protective but oh so frustrating.
The secondary characters were awesome. I looveeee Portia and her antics with Cory. And Cooper! I wish I had friends like them!
I loved the amnesia part and I felt Jerri’s desolation and angst. It kept me seated reading ‘cause I wasn’t putting the book down until the mystery was solved. After the first half of the book, my heart was broken and I was so frustrated with a certain someone. Content wise, I loved the book. It had everything: angst, mystery, suspense, love, friendship, strong h, alpha H, etc.
The big problem is the editing. The book needs a good proofreader and editor. It has many typos and names were constantly spelled differently and other consistency issues that could have been easily fixed.
Besides that, the book is excellent!

From page one Ms Stone pulls you in and makes your heart ache for the women who does not remember the love of her life or worse yet feels like her mind is playing tricks on her and maybe hes not real at all.
I enjoy Harlows style of writing and how she weaves the story. The h is so strong and I for sure dont know that i could have been in her shoes.
The H felt that his cause was noble or that he was doing the right thing but man did he need to pull his head out of his arse!!
Over all was a very good read.

This is not your typical "While you were sleeping" story. It has action, blood, trafficking, undercover, romance and a lot of lies.
The story was ok for me, most of the story is Jerri POV, here are a few chapters in Locklin POV which was about the same for me, 3 stars. The characters didn't wow me. Not sure what was missing for me, and I say me because the rating on this book is over 4 stars, so I'm the odd ball here. Check it out yourself and let me know if I'm right or if I'm full of poop LOL.

Mind lies
This book was so incredible! I could not put it down. I fell in love with all of the characters. I love that Jerri wasn't a weak heroine like so many are but she also wasn't a bitch, making it so easy to root for her and Locklin...and oh Locklin!! I'm so in love!! One of my favorite heros of all time now. I loved the story, the humor, the suspense and the romance! This is a true 5 star book!!

5 STARS FOR MIND LIES!! This story was phenomenal that had me flipping pages to see what is going on. The story is emotional and gripping between Jerri and Locklin. I loved both of these characters they are very well developed. Their story is one you will never forget. This was my first book by Harlow Stone and will not be my last.

This book is superbly written by the author . It is so intense and emotional and written in so many different ways but it kept you on your toys .I never wanted to put it down . I felt like I was living the life of the characters and feeling it with them . It is a must read , it's pure brilliance !

I loved this book. I picked it up at 9pm and kept saying one more chapter until 3am! Terrific story, brilliant Characters, hot and clever! All of my favorites plus some Action and intrigue! What more could you want? More...

I loved this story. poor Jerri and Lock. Jerri was in a Car wreck and I'm a coma. when she wakes up she has dreams that she trys to figure out. can she figure out who the man is in her dreams.

Wow! I was totally under Jerri & Locklin's spells! Loved how Jerri's mind kept working desperately, trying to remember who Locklin was! It felt a lot like out-of-control flashbacks! Normally, flashbacks turned me off! But when disguised as amnesia? They actually made so much sense to me! So yeah . . . crazy in love with this book! Hope you will too if you pick it up and start reading.

The suspense of what was to come had me flipping pages..needing more.. the emotional heartbreak caused my heart to hurt and my eyes to tear- Oh how i felt for Jerri- her pain, her loss and the love within her for Locklin broke my heart. beautifully written and fast paced..
Cant wait to read more by this author

Mind Lies is a mesmerizing read that lures you in from beginning to end. I couldn't put it down the story was well written with intrigue and full of suspense and danger.
The characters and secondary characters were incredible.
Jerri was so courageous when dealing with no memories and dreaming about a man she doesn't remember. Was it her imagination or was he real?
Harlow has written a entertaining story that will have you sitting at the edge of your seat. I recommend this book!!!

WOW...What a great read. I have never read anything from Harlow Stone before but that is going to change now. This book had me hooked from the very first page up until the last. Jerri is a strong h and you can't help but love her and her journey. However all the characters in this book are all amazing. This book had it all and I want more. Great Read!!

Received a copy of this book for an honest review.
This book really pulled at my emotions. I adored Jerri. Losing your memory has to be one of the most difficult things to face. Her character is fascinating and the storyline made me laugh out loud and definitely shedding tears. I was instantly hooked and engrossed in this wonderful read

I have never read anything by this author before. Mind Lies is my first book from Harlow Stone and I have to say that the story of Jerri & Locklin got me hook from the very first chapter. The plot have drama, mystery, suspense, lots of emotions and romance. The author writing is excellent and overwhelming. Cant wait to read more by this author.

April 20, 2018OMG! Where do I start? This book was AMAZING!! I was sucked in from page o e and didn't put it down until I finished the book! I couldn't stop reading, I had to know if Jerri found her dream man. This story was full of suspense and twists that I never saw coming! Definite must read!
