I 'm very lucky to have the indulgence of time and space to enable me to write. I took a sabbatical from work to accompany my partner on his bucket list travels and adventures, and never went back. I really thought I would struggle with all the free time, so decided to write to keep myself occupied. Now writing has consumed my time and I am never sure where we will be or when, hence my novels could be classed 'international' as they may have been written across a few countries. We are still travelling, although we do pop back to the UK for a few months every now and again.

I love the fact that no matter what our age we can use new technology to connect to the rest of the world and enhance our lives. Back in the UK I have my friends and family and with emails, phones, skype or face-time, we are never out of touch for long. Even my mother at eighty-six uses face-time to catch up with me. I have the world at my fingertips and only twenty-four hours away from anywhere.

Being a 'mature aging gracefully' woman, I feel akin to the problems of aging and relationships. I spent many years on my own before finding my truly remarkable and very patient partner who I happily gave up my whole world for. My stories are about mature relationships with mature people. People who have character and humour, who have a history; people just like us.

I like to call it Hen Lit, not Chick Lit, but it is not just about falling in love. They are about real relationships.

I hope you enjoy my stories. Please check my web page or social media pages if you would like to contact me. I love emails and try to answer every one as soon as possible.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott is a sweet light hearted read, that shows how one misunderstanding, and lack of communication can derail an otherwise pretty straightforward situation.

The fourth book in the Christmas Kiss series we follow a new set of MC's, and their journey towards that cheesy Christmas love we've all come to know and love. I will say that as much as I did enjoy this read, it was a little slow moving at the start, and that misunderstanding lasted way longer than it needed to. If i was in that situation I would have asked, right away what Dan situation was. I wasn't digging the whole childhood best friend thing and his inability to take no for a answer. There are some just bridges not worth saving, just let it burn to the ground.

Outside of that, this story matches the rest and has the same detailed and polished writing from the other books. The characters were pretty okay, a little too dreamed up on the looks department, but otherwise they had pretty solid personalities and in the long run felt real to me. I love the steady progress between Kat and Dan, even if I wanted to slap both of them more then once. Believe me when you read this... and you will..you are going to want to slap them as well.

Overall this book gets my super high recommendation and my stamp of approval. It's a light hearted, super cheesy read that will get all those good feels and, warms fuzzies turning.

Happy Reading

I have read a few books from this talented author and she always seems to surprise me. They way she writes her characters make them come to life. I absolutely adore Christmas books. It puts a smile on my face everytime I read them. This author always exceeds my expectations with her writing. This is the fourth book in the Christmas kiss series and I hope she will put more out some day. I absolutely loved this series. I was hooked on the first chapter. It only took me a few hours to devour this incredible story.

Kat loves her coffee. She drinks it everyday and she loves to try different flavors. Kat is in heaven when she finds a little coffee shop that she never knew existed. She was drawn in by the smell but when she meets the owner she is dumbfounded. Kat is instantly attracted to him. She feels something she has never felt before. Kat gets to know Dan really well and he offers her a job of lifetime. She accepts the job but she finds out that there is a lady in Dan’s life. Kat is devastated but is this all a misunderstanding? Kat also is missing her best friend. Will Kat find her happy ever after or will she spend Christmas alone for the first time?

I absolutely loved this book. The storyline has it all romance, humor, and love. This story will get you into the holiday spirit. You can’t help but to fall in love with these characters. Kat is a sweetheart that what to find her own way. She wants to fairytale ending like every girl wants. Dan is a very handsome man with a great heart. He feels this attraction to Kat and he treats her like a princess. This is a fun and uplifting story that will make you feel happy. I hope this talented author will continue this amazing series.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss is a another enjoyable christmas romance read by Allyson R. Abbott. It is a quick romance story that is as sweet as it is rich in aroma. Allyson is good at writing quirky, engaging and sweet romances and this one fills you with warmth and feel goods.

Kat and her father enjoy the experience of a good coffee, short, tall, black, you name it they love it. So when she stumbles on to a store from the gods, her prayers have been answered in more ways than one. Throw in a Brian and things get interesting.

If you love cats, christmas, romance and coffee then you’ve come to the right book.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss
By: Allyson R. Abbott
5 out of 5 stars

The story A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott is an amazing holiday romance that I loved reading. One of the reasons is a lot of it takes place in a coffee shop. I love coffee and this story had me making a pot to drink while I read. I loved reading about the characters of Kat and Dan. Kat has found a wonderful new coffee shop. She has also met the handsome owner of the shop as well. The first time that Kat and Dan meet they are attracted to each other and there is flirting. She feels a connection and pull towards him. Then she learns that he has to hurry home to babysit. Even as she deals with the confusion of the situation, she finds herself taking Dan up on his offer to work at the shop. Kat says she will just be friends with Dan. As Christmas approaches, she finds herself struggling with her romantic feelings for Dan, an old boyfriend that has shown up unexpectedly, and the wishes of her father. What will this Christmas season bring for Kat? Will Kat find love and a happy ending or will her holiday be spent alone? Read this story to find out. I really enjoyed reading about the additional characters that play a part in the story and their interactions with Dan and Kat. There are some moments that had me smiling and laughing as well as ones that warmed my heart. Once I started, I found that I wasn’t able to put the story down until I had read the last page. I just had to know how it all works out. This is a book that I would highly recommend reading.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott is the fourth book in her Christmas Kiss series and it just couldn’t get any better than this. Following the story of Kat and Dan, and their mutual love of coffee, I feel right into this story and loved every minute of it. When Kat finds this great kitschy little coffee shop she feels right at home, especially once she meets to handsome owner of said coffee shop. The immediate attraction and connection leads to allot of flirtatious moves and an undeniable pull toward each other. When she learns that Dan has baggage at home, she will have to be willing to take a leap of faith on her feelings for Dan in order to see if this relationship is going to be worth it. Dan wants to make things work with Kat, but he needs to be friends with her first because of his home life. As soon as Kat starts to work at the coffee shop, Dan finds its harder and harder to stay away from her. When her past comes blowing into the shop in the form of her ex it will take Dan aback but will make him have to push his feelings to the limit if he wants to win the girl. Will this Christmas season be the last that either of them has to be alone or will they be better as friends with a mutual love of coffee? Abbott is swiftly becoming a favorite author of mine to read, as this series has really pulled me into the Christmas spirit. While each of this series can be read as a stand-alone book, I highly recommend picking up the whole series as you won’t be able to stop at just one read. I can’t wait to see what Abbott brings to her readers next!

A great read about coffee. Kat has loved coffee since she was little. When she leaves home for a new job, she is nervous at first. Whilst finding her feet in a new town, Kat discovers an antique coffee shop full of new blends and flavours that consume her heart. Her love for the shop increases with Dan, an owner who is handsome and kind. The coffee sparks something romantic between them But when she overhears a private conversation, should she risk her heart?
A great read. Well developed plot with twists and turns that I just couldnt put down. Well developed characters like Dan making his passion into his business or Kat standing up for herself but kind underneath. great cast of supporting characters like her Dad as a sweet father figure of Spencer as a good friend.
i loved the visual detail of the coffee shop as something traditional and homely with the fireplace and cat. also with the sofas as a comforting space to Kat and the reader. ci also loved the sense of a small community within the shop with everyone knowing eachother and the regulars as good friends was a lovely touch. the passion for coffee with Kat was a lovely touch for a sense of exploration and wonder that was enjoyable to read . And the detail including the smells and tastes of flavours that even captivated the reader was perfectly written. I also loved the mystery with Brian that added comedy to the novel to make it a captivating read. Overall, a great read and I would give it five stars.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott

5 out of 5 stars
A Frothy Christmas kiss written by Allyson R. Abbott is another great read. This book was a total joy to read with the great storyline and wonderful characters with their quirky ways which kept me totally enthralled until the very last page!!!!
Who doesn’t like/love coffee?
Kat meets Dan at his coffee shop, she allows herself the luxury of lusting after such a gorgeous man, than she learns he has to rush home to babysit. Not wanting to admit her eagerness, Kat now tries to backtrack, but can’t understand why Dan seems to be flirting with her.
But things aren’t as they seem or are they?
To make matters worse he just offers her, her dream job to work at the coffee shop. She has been fighting her feeling and she sees what a great relationship he has with Becky.
Becky has a lot on her plate with starting a new job, lusting after her new boss, trying to please her father, and dealing with an ex-boyfriend she needs to find some strength. If this is enough she is now a foster owner of a cat, she didn’t want, named Brian.
Will she have a happy Christmas or will Kat spend her first Christmas alone while she tries to keep the peace with everyone?
I highly recommend this story…

A Frothy Christmas Kiss was a fun 4 star read and the fourth book in the Christmas Kiss series.

Kat is starting over in a new place because she didn’t want a relationship with someone she considered a friend and nothing more. It’s hard because every time something exciting happens to her she can’t call and share it with him.

She is excited that she has found a new coffee place and they have so many different flavors. Because she knows so much about coffee Dan offers Kat a job. These two seem to have an instant connection physically and about coffee knowledge.

Why did her heart beat a little harder when he was near? What was it that pulled her towards him?

Could a misperception of something on Kat’s part put a damper on things? Can these two have a HEA?

All of the secondary characters were great,I loved the cat, that was a fun addition to the story as well. I really liked Kat and Dan, their story was great and it made your heart melt. Allyson R. Abbott has once again drawn me in with her writing and I enjoyed reading all of the books in the Christmas Kiss series. They can all be read as stand alones. If you're looking for fun short Holiday romance reads this is the series for you.

Can’t say it enough…this is a Christmas read must! A Frothy Christmas Kiss is book 4 in the Christmas Kiss Series by Allyson R. Abbott. This story follows Kat where she has just moved to this town in order to escape her ex and secretly her best friend. Her best friend is one of those best friends who thinks that they should be together. Her best friend, coincidently, is a man. He keeps pushing her and pushing her to try a relationship out together. She on the other hand just doesn’t feel it. Now, from the time she was a little girl, coffee was a big part of her life. So essentially, she absolutely adores the stuff. She finds this coffee shop that she absolutely falls in love with. Along with the coffee shop comes a super hot owner! So between lusting after him and fighting off her best friend…she has got her hands full. However, Mr. Coffee Shop owner (Dan) is a bit of a mystery that she tries to figure out. I loved this book and absolutely adore this series. I am so glad I was able to read it. This story feels like a hallmark movie waiting to happen! I love how the author pulls you in and makes you fall in love with the characters. This is the same with all the other books as well. I can’t wait to read more from this author! You won’t be disappointed.

I just went on yet another Allyson R. Abbott reading binge. This time pouring through through her A Pink Christmas Kiss and A Frothy Christmas Kiss. These holiday delights really are, yet again, like the sweetest of chocolates for a choco-holic (which I most definitely am). And that’s not even counting the fact that they are Christmas romances and I totally adore (truly deeply adore) Christmas romances. Read the publisher’s blurb for a perfectly good synopsis of what these stories about that doesn’t spoil anything. I frankly don’t know which story or which couple I loved the most, Billie and Leroy or Kat and Dan, though I’m enough of a coffee addict (hmm, yet another addiction - though it is second to chocolate) that I suppose any tale even remotely related to coffee had to have the edge. These stories both grabbed me by the heart-strings and were a wonder to read. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises - each of these books definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that each book is most definitely “one to read”. It is amazingly easy to highly recommend both of them.

I give A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott, 5 stars.

Kat's best friend since childhood wanted to take things further than what she was ready for. She just can't see things that way and he can't seem to take no for an answer. So she decided to move away and start over. Now she is alone here, without even a best friend to confide in. When she comes across a coffee shop tucked in beside a bookstore, she is ecstatic. She loves all things coffee and she can't believe her luck. This place is just perfect! And the man behind the counter is to die for too. But he's spoken for, isn't he? So why does it seem like he's flirting with her. And what about her ex? Will she find happiness?

Ok, this book centers around coffee and a cat. Right there I'm sold! But really, it is such a fun book. Kat is great, the coffee shop cat is wonderful (I so want to see more of him!), and the rest of the characters are just as good. The story is entertaining and amusing. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to those who like fun, Christmas romance stories that are just long enough to read in one setting.

Well, this makes me sad… final book in this sweet and heartwarming Christmas series !! I have enjoyed these books so much! I don’t know what is it about the Christmas time… but I love reading these type of books during the holidays !! Makes me believe in love and magic.. cheesy, right ? Lol
Kat is thrilled when the town hunk,Dan,offers her a job at her dream location...a local coffee shop. After all, Kat LOVES all things coffee. So this is the absolute perfect job for her. Besides, her boss isn’t too shabby to look at either. Will she be able to keep her feelings and emotions in check for her boss? Or will her desire for him, get the best of her ? Gotta read it to find out, trust me you won’t regret it!!
Being a coffee lover , like myself… I can see myself in Kat. I would love to work in a small and local coffee shop. My problem would be , to try not to drink it at all hours… because I wouldn’t be able to sleep, ever again! Lol
About her fantastic job, Allyson!! A little sad to see this series come to an end! I’m now a forever fan , I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us next!!

A Frothy Christmas Kiss (Christmas Kiss Book 4) by Allyson R. Abbott

5 Stars

I have now read all of the Christmas Kiss books and I already can not wait to read them all again, just like everything else this author writes they are all in a class of their own. I loved this one as much as I loved the rest. I'm trying to think of a way to describe this story. It was like nothing else I've ever read, I'm thinking it was kind of awesome how she plotted out this romance that almost wasn't between Dan and Kat and how the total lack of communication caused so much wasted time between these two.

Then there is Brian….Probably my favorite character in the whole book LOL

I love everything and anything this author writes I've about run out of words to explain how much, she is an absolute favorite of mine and since I never know what I might get when I open one of her books it makes me look forward to every one of them.

I highly recommend this whole series, full of Christmas Spirit and clean romance.

Awesome book, Fantastic series, Amazing Author!!!

A Frothy Christmas Kiss, Book 4 in the Christmas Kiss Series by Allyson R Abbott
4 out of 5 stars

This series is truly the sweetest of the sweet. I know I have said it before, but it does bear repeating that Christmas romance stories make for some of the best romance novels ever. There is just something about all the warm and fuzzies you get that is all wrapped up with the holiday feels. Top that with a hot man and and beautiful woman and you have the perfect, cozy afternoon read. This book is that book. This series is that series. I have loved this series from book one and this author has given each book its own warm and fuzzies. This book was probably my most favorite of all of them, only because I love coffee as much as I love reading. Kat and Dan are some of my two most favorite characters to date. Their interactions are light and fun, even with the little mishap that seems to bring everything to a screeching halt.

Do yourself a favor. Read this book. Read this series.

The Christmas Kiss series has really been a highlight of my Christmas season this year. I think one of the things that I have really enjoyed is that these novels really have embraced that wholesome and magical feeling that you get when you sit down and watch a Hallmark movie at Christmas with the family. For me I will be happy to share these next season with my pre-teen. I must say though ‘A Frothy Christmas Kiss’ may just have to be my favorite Christmas kiss yet. This one seems to be a bit more relatable for me, maybe that is why, probably the only one I would think my daughter would find more boring at a younger age level. Anywho, I must say I really hope to see more of the Christmas novels in the future from Allyson R. Abbott. I love all of her work that I have read, but her holiday stuff is just too darn perfect! ‘A Frothy Christmas Kiss’ is the story of Kat and Dan, so brew up a cup of your favorite joe and curl up with your favorite blankie. You will adore you time finding out how these two discover the magic of Christmas and love once again.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott is a five star novel. Even though this is the fourth book in the series, it is a standalone. The series only is a series because they are short, happy Christmas stories. This series has been a lot of fun to read and really helped to put me in the Christmas spirit. When the season starts, not all of us are ready, not all of us are happy for it to be here and not all of us enjoy the season as much as others. When trials happen in our lives, it is sometimes difficult to put that on the back burner and still be able to find the joy of Christmas. I feel this series tries to show that in a tangible way. When Kay moves away from home, she finds herself lonely and without her best friend. She finds a hole in the wall coffee shop and quickly finds her place there but because of a misunderstanding is having a difficult time being content. As the book progresses, we find out more about each of the characters and helps to bring them all together. Brian’s story was my favorite part of the whole book!

A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R. Abbott. This is book 4 of the Christmas series and I loved everyone of them. This is the story of Kat who is obsessed with coffee and a new coffee shop has opened in her hometown. All the different coffees amaze her and the owner, Dan, is kinda cute! They begin flirting but Kat knows its not ever gonna happen but when he offers her a job in the coffee shop she can't believe her luck. With Christmas coming she has trouble controlling her feelings for Dan and her ex boyfriend Spencer comes back into her life along with her Dad who is trying to tell her how to live her life. Kat is beginning to feel like her world is spinning out of control, she has feelings for Dan but doesn't want to hurt Spencer's feelings. She is also trying to make her Dad happy but she's about to spend Christmas alone because she's tired of everyone pulling her in 50 different directions. Will Kat find happiness and love or will she be alone again. This is such a good book with a happily ever after!

A Frothy Christmas Kiss by Allyson R Abbott is the forth book in the Christmas Kiss series and is a great feel good story. This book follows the story of Dan and Kat and that one thing can lead to a misunderstanding and may put the relationship on a crash course.

Kat loves all things coffee and when a new coffee shop pops up she is in her elements, it also does not help that the owner is absolutely gorgeous, there is certainly abit of flirting going on and they seem to be into each other.

But when Dan has to rush off, Kat is left wondering where the relationship is going, until Dan asks her to work in the coffee shop. Kat can not resist to work with Dan but she finds it hard to be just friends with him. As she struggles with her feelings for Dan and unexpected person from her past turns up and which way will Kat go?

I love this series, its full of light hearted, romantic loveliness, the story is well written and its a great fast pace. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

This was cute, and light, and fun, and just as frothy as the title suggests. I love Christmas and I love coffee, especially high-quality coffee. And because of those things, I wanted to love this story more than I did. I’m not a fan of manufactured drama, even if it is accidentally generated by other people’s perceptions. All the drama in this story could have been cleared up with a single conversation – if Kat and Dan had bothered to talk to each other about anything meaningful. I also found it a little difficult to follow the first part of the book because the perspective changes quickly and often and usually with no warning. It gets better further into the book, we stay mostly with Kat, but there are still some random bounces to other character’s viewpoints. It wasn’t my favorite in the series however, I enjoyed reading the quirky little Christmas tale. (Tail?)
I received a complimentary copy of this book.

A Frothy Kiss is the fourth book in Allyson R. Abbott’s Christmas Kiss series and I think it is currently the last one and what a last one it was! I absolutely loved the sweet story of Kat and Dan and their cupid Brian aka Bagpuss aka Damned Cat (you got to read the book yourself to know what I mean!). You can read this story as a standalone! Make yourself a cup of good coffee or if you are like Dan and Kat and are into fancy coffee types then make something more daring and enjoy the couple of hours you spend with these two and co!
I loved the small town and the quaint coffee shop and how it all came together in one beautiful ‘drink’ that leaves you craving for more! The chemistry, the sweetness, the misunderstandings, the growing up that we all need to do and the benefits we reap if we do so and the beauty of it all!
Thank you Dear Writer for these four beautiful Christmas stories that leave us feeling warm and fuzzy and wishing for some Christmas love for ourselves!

A Frothy Christmas Kiss from Allyson R. Abbott was in Ms Abbott fashion a sweet, romantic read.
Kat loves everything about coffee so when she find a new coffee house named Have Bean she must try it. When she walks in and meets the owner Dan she instantly wants to know more about him.

Dan and Kat flirt with each other and then Kat meets Becky who also works at the coffee house. Kat seems to think Dan and Becky are married and tries to stop the attraction she has towards Dan which is unsuccessful.

There is a stray cat named Brian who spends his day at the coffee shop. Only he’s not really a stray after all. Kat follows him one night and morning to see where he goes when he’s not at have bean.

Kat ends up working part time at have bean and becomes friends with Becky and Dan. Will Kat ever find out the truth about Dan and Becky’s relationship? What will happen when she finds out how they know each other so well.

Sweet, happy quick read you dont want to miss out on

“A Frothy Christmas Kiss” brings us the best novella yet in Allyson R Abbott’s Christmas Kiss series! As a coffee fanatic myself, this book was right up my alley! Kat, our leading lady, finds herself moving away from home for a new job and to find distance from her former best friend and ex, Spencer. While trying to learn about her new town, Kat discovers a wonderful coffee shop and its wonderful owner, Dan. She is captivated by the aroma of the shop and finds herself engrossed in conversation about her love of coffee with Dan. This story was my favorite of the series, but I am very coffee biased so that was expected from me from page one! I loved Kat and her passion for coffee, as it is so relatable to me. As always, Allyson R Abbott found a way to incorporate a fun neighborhood cat into the story to make it even more perfect! Do yourself a favor and take just two short hours and get lost in this great novella! “A Frothy Christmas Kiss” earns five stars from me!

Christmas Kiss
Book 4
By Allyson R Abbott
☆☆☆☆☆
This is the fourth book in this series. While I have read them out of order as standalones.i would recommend reading them in order.

Kat was raised with a coffee cup in her hands. She loves coffee. Dan owns a coffee shop. He blends his own coffees, making new blends all the time.Seems like a match made in heaven. But nobody has told Kat and Dan. Will these two merge their coffee built romance? Or will Kat spend her Christmas alone?

Allyson R Abbott has wrote a funny little romance. This is a page turner for sure. Her story is clean yet very romantic. The innocent young couple building a relationship around the coffee shop. I live her characters! They could be your best friends. Then to make it around Christmas just adds to her story. This story is young adult safe and just a joy to read. Nicely done Allyson R Abbott!

A Frothy Christmas Kiss is the 4th book in the Christmas Kiss series by Allyson Abbott. It is a holiday romance about two people being brought together by coffee and falling in love. It is a great quick little read, and is perfect to knock out on a cold day, bundled on the couch. Or was that just me... Regardless, I recommend it, as its a cute story about Kat and Dan. Kat has moved to a new city, and loves trying new places. One day she finds an adorable little coffee shop, with the best scents, and menu board. Even better is the cute barista, who turns out to be the owner and creator of the most wonderful coffee blends. Both have instant attraction and are drawn to each other. A huge misunderstanding leads to a lot of wasted time and awkward moments. The best part of this story though, is the cat! Full of so much personality, and a expert matchmaker.

A Frothy Christmas
By Allyson R. Abbott
5 stars

What another lovely Christmas read from Ms Abbott! I really do adore her writing and always find myself completely absorbed in her stories from the very beginning. I love Christmas stories and this is probably one of my favourites, I just felt so warm and fuzzy on the inside whilst reading it. It is definitely one of those stories that could totally be turned into a Christmas film! I know I would watch it! I loved Kat and Dan so much! They were so, so perfect together! They had this connection over coffee of all things but it was something that brought them together! As always the author threw in a couple of curve balls to the story line but I was absolutely rooting for Kat and Dan the whole way through!

A Frothy Christmas Kiss
By Allyson R. Abbott

You just can’t go wrong with a good Christmas romance story, and Allyson just rocks it with each Christmas romance she writes, and A Frothy Christmas Kiss is no different. This whole series just seems to be getting better as it advances. What can be better when you find that shop that makes a coffee that is so perfect and then you meet the person who runs it and he just rock your world? That’s where Kat is at when she stops by the coffee shop that Dan runs. A little Christmas flirting doesn’t hurt either! There are some misunderstandings between Kat and Dan brought on by the lack of chatter between themselves. Just like Allyson’s other books this one is also so well written. There is nothing you aren’t going to like about this story. So, what are you waiting for? Go get this book and enjoy reading about Kat and Dan.

This Christmas Season I was able to find time to read the Christmas Kiss Series by Allyson R. Abbott. This series is perfect read to get you into the season. Allyson Abbott writes the kindest stories that is a nice light reading story. I felt as though I was in the story with Kat and Ken. Kat was facing a Christmas alone, or that is what she thought. Kat found herself a new coffee shoppe and maybe the most handsome owner, Ken. She is had an immediate attraction to him. She did not know if he shared this attraction with her. Ken ends up offering her a position at his coffee shoppe. Will Kat be able to hide her emotions? Will Ken hold his feelings back? In this fun flirtatious story, you will find out the answer to this question.

Wonderful. Have you ever met a perfect stranger and felt like you’ve known them your whole life? That’s what happens in this book. Don’t you just love that? Dan was everything cat was interested in. Great smile. Easy-going manner. Great sense of humor and gorgeous as well. Kat thinks Dan is married. Dan has very strong feelings for Kat and just thinks she is not interested in him. It is so cute to see everybody walking on their tiptoes thinking they know what is going on in everyone else’s mind. Is he married? Why is he flirting with me if he’s married? If he is flirting with me why am I interested especially if he’s married. Such a great book. It keeps you wanting more. And you don’t want it to end. Really sweet.

A Frothy Christmas Kiss is book four in the Christmas Kiss series by Allyson R. Abbott. I really got into this story. I engaged with the characters instantly and was intrigued with how the story would unfold. The author liked to keep the anticipation high and the tension was at an all time high. An intricately woven gem of a romance just perfect to curl up with during the festive holiday.

Kat and Dan had instant chemistry. It melted the pages and cracked with urgency. Misunderstandings and denial were attractive traits, as were the both of them trying to ignore the pull to one another. This story was amusing, light, addictive and alluring. Add a certain little guest into the mix, and you have a quality story to keep you smiling and happy to have read their journey. 5 stars.

Finding the perfect coffee shop, Kat thinks she is in heaven. Then she meets the owner and she is thrown into orbit. Too bad that he appears to have other commitments. This fairly short novella is an enjoyable and sweet romance with all the right elements. There is humour, a mystery to be solved and misunderstandings to be sorted out. I love Kat's quirky character and Dan is a charming hero, if a little dense when it comes to understanding Kat's reluctance to get involved with him. The writing style is good and this sweet and clean novel can be read by any age group. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.
