Trey McGowan is no stranger to the inside of a jail cell, but this time it really wasn't his fault. Well... maybe a little. What's worse is the gorgeous hottie he was defending didn't even notice. But make no mistake, the jerk she was with, really had it coming. Now, she has the nerve to show up here... in his office... looking for work! And not just for her! She wants him to hire the a-hole who was pushing her around, too. Hell, let's be clear, if you'd seen the legs on this one, you'd be tempted to consider it as well, just to keep her around.
Dylan has had a run of bad luck. After losing both parents to a tragic accident, she was left in the unfortunate care of older brother, Brent, who hasn't exactly been a model parent. Well, I guess he started off okay, but in the last few years it's been more like, she's the one babysitting him. Now, he's drug her to Haven, Montana in a last-ditch effort to find work. To make matters worse, he just punched Trey McGowan! One of the only men in town who could guarantee work for both of them. This may require a little persuasion.

This series just keeps getting better and better! The mystery is engaging and intriguing which leads to plot that you just can't step away from. The character development is quite good with solid personalities and depth that enhances the story line even more. The setting is Montana which transports you to a beautiful mountain region. The book is entertaining with enough steam to peak your interest without taking over the mystery. I really hope that this series continues past the first 3 books, but am thrilled with the development of the story line as it has carried through these first 3 books. You really do need to read all three to fully grasp the story, but that just gives you more enjoyment!

Her Anchor!!!

Thurston "Trey" McGowan III was no stranger to a jail cell buy this time it wasn't entirely his fault. He was defending a beautiful "damsel in distress" who didn't even notice him. What he didn't know was the man he punched was her older brother.

"What was a man to do?"

Dylan McCaw had been on a rough path since she lost her parents in a tragic accident. She was left in the care of her older brother (Brent) who didn't know how to take care of himself let alone her. She has been the one taking care of him for the last few years.

Now they found themselves in Haven, Montana in a last effort to find work. But to make things worse, he got into a fight with the one of the men who could give them both a job.

"It was time to face the music."

Trey was surprised to find out that raven haired the beautiful woman he defended was looking for a job not only for her but for Brent as well. The same man who punched him a few ago. He gave them jobs and tried to stop thinking about Dylan.

Little did he know that she thought about him as well. When he found out the relation between Dylan and Brent, let's just say that the man couldn't contain his happiness. The attraction between her and Trey was off the charts. Like how his siblings took to her immediately.

The way Addy ( NEVER LET GO ) and Dylan bonded was beautiful, they were like sisters who got separated at birth. The relationship between her and her brother took a very interesting turn. One that left them on different paths.

Once again the McGowans found themselves facing some naysayers who wanted to destroy what they were trying to accomplish. It turned out there was a family secret they found out about, one that nearly caused them everything.

Loved catching up with old characters and meeting new ones. So happy the McGowan brothers got their HEAs.

HOLDING ON is the third book in Jill Sanders' HAVEN, MONTANA series. Wow this series keeps getting better and better with each book. It was alluring, sizzling, humurous and heartwarming. Magnificent job by Jill Sanders.

I love the McGowan brothers and their family values. This is the youngest brother Trey's story.

Dylan and her brother Brent have been struggling along since the accident that killed both their parents, and Brent had taken care of Dylan pretty well. Lately however the tables had got turned. Brent couldn't hold down a descent job and Dylan was working 3 to keep them going.

Their lives were going to change when Brent suddenly decided one day that they were moving to Haven where he'd heard of well paying jobs for both of them, he had gone so far as to quit Dylan's jobs for her and pack up to leave. Dylan was so shocked she just went along with it.

All was not as it seemed. When they arrived the jobs weren't waiting for them as promised, but life took a turn for the better for Dylan and Brent, if only Brent would get his act together.

Love, adventure, family ties and disagreement along with a good dose of drama. Great story in the series.

So glad to see the McGowans again. And to finally get to the end of the mystery. Trey is feeling pretty good after the birth of his nephew and while bar hopping, runs into a beautiful woman that he is instantly attracted to. Dylan has been waiting on tables for too long. She has to make some money to support herself and her brother. She keeps bailing her brother out of trouble. Her brother heard that the McGowans were hiring and was sure they would both get a job. There is more to Dylan that she lets people see. She is a very smart person, but she thinks that most men don't really want to be with someone who is that smart. As they face danger, they grow so much closer. Will they be able to survive long enough to have a life together?

Trey Mcgowan the youngest of the three ends up in jail for trying to protect a woman he doesn't even know. The next day that girl shows up looking for a job and lucky the brothers need a new office mgr since their long time on just retired.
Dylan and her brother have been alone for a while. Her brother is supposed to be taking care of her but it's really the other way around.
Who said office romances can't work out? Another fun, sexy, suspenseful romance from Jill Sanders. Jill really writes words that keep you coming back for more. She takes a romance and kicks it up with realistic characters and plots that hold your interest from beginning to the end. While this is a stand-alone the trilogy is a must read.

This is a feelgood, heartwarming, emotional and sweetly sexy romantic journey filled with drama, understanding, intrigue, unbreakable family bonds and passion.

Trey McGowan is sexy, charming and has had a few scrapes over the years... The youngest McGowan is definitely my favorite and his story did not disappoint. His adventure begins in a bar where he encounters Dylan and her brother Brent. Things only get better when they are back in Haven and the sexy, sweet, sassy Dylan shows up in his office looking for a job for both of them.... Loved it so fun and entertaining could not put it down.

What a great end to a trilogy! The suspense is answered as to who is doing all the trouble to the McGowans. As Trey and Dylan face danger they grow closer, their chemistry is great,. It was great how she finally confronted her brother and they worked out heir problems.
I received a ARC of this book.

I love an "underdog" story and Dylan was definitely the underdog. It was nice to see her grow and be strong to change her path in life. Trey, what can I say...all man here, phwoar!

This story makes a great addition to the series

McGowan family drama comes to a head (assault, arson, murder oh my.)

Dylan has been cleaning up her brother’s messes since their parents died. So when he drags her to haven Montana for a new Oil job and then starts a fight with Trey McGowan, before he gets that job. It’s no wonder she feels she has to do something since Trey just happens to be one of the bosses at the oil drilling company. Luckily Trey and his brothers are looking for a competent new office manager and Trey is willing to give her and her brother both a shot with a new job. Too bad someone has it out for the McGowan company and doesn’t mind hurting employees to take it down. Can Trey and Dylan “hold on” to their happily ever after before someone can take one of them out of the equation for good?

I wasn’t a huge fan of the first two books because of how many strings were left hanging and questions left unanswered. This book wraps up a lot of those threads and unanswered questions. Unfortunately I would have liked the reveal and the “epilogue” to have taken things a little slower and fully addressed everything more satisfactorily. Alas it was not to be.. but the questions are answered just in a rushed way.

My main issue with this book is the author not matching details to the last book. There was a character that still had a job in this book but that was fired in the last book. There was a time jump that didn’t seem to make a lot of sense. There was a trailer mentoned that belonged to one brother in the last book but was given to Trey by the other brother in this book. There were relationships that were began and made a serious thing in the time line between books. To me that’s all kinda lazy on the authors part and did detract a little from the story for me but didn’t stop it from being enjoyable.

Creepy Uncle Carl? Brian the mean ? Dennis who kidnapped Kristen? Are one of these three or all three the bad person in this three book trilogy? Or is it someone we would have never suspected?

What a great end to this Haven, Montana series. Baby brother Trey finds the love of his life as he exits a night in jail as Dylan is there to pick up her brother from the same drunk tank. Next, Dylan has replaced the retired Rea, in the McGowan office, found a home for her and her sort of dead beat brother, gotten her a phone, and has her taking college classes and is a wiz in math and science.

Then the accidents start back up. Brian has left town, or has he? Dennis is hiding. Carl claims he is dieting yet is seen blowing up the trailer on McGowan property. Trey is running through a cats nine lives in this one.

Great series. Highly recommend, even with a cliff hanger at the end of books one and two.

Love the McGowans! Three hot brothers and the women who love them! Book #3 is Trey's, the youngest of the 3 brothers, story. He meets Dylan and these two are instantly attracted to each other and fall hard and fast. Romance, steam, mystery, suspense, and twists and turns you don't expect make this a great read. Dylan has had a rough life since her parent's death and I love how much strength and confidence she gains after she begins working for the McGowan's. Trey's family welcomes her with open arms and I love this bunch! A great read with a fantastic ending!

I read the other 2 books as KU. This book was put on sale for $.99 and I grabbed it up. I loved the story of Trey and Dylan. She has been left with only a brother after her parents deaths. Her brother is older but as time goes on she is the one actually taking care of him. They moved to Haven for jobs and they are hired at the McGown brothers office and job site. This was a great read and the mystery in the first 2 books carries on in book 3; and you finally get answers to all your questions.

Romantic suspense

Holding On was the third Haven, Montana book. It is about Trey McGowan the youngest of the three brothers. The suspense & sabotage from the 2 previous books is carried on throughout this one. The romance comes when he meets Dylan McCaw & hires her as the new Secretary...I mean Office Manager. I enjoyed this book. It had a good balance between romance, action, & suspense. At

Great story but soooooo many typos

The story itself was a great finish to these three brothers and had several unexpected twists and turns. Unfortunately there were so many major typos (including completely wrong or missing words multiple times) it was distracting. It's like they skipped the proof reading before publishing, bad choice!

A great love story about a young woman who keeps bailing her brother out of trouble. He forces her to move with the promise of a secretaril job. She gets the job and falls in love with her boss while standing up to her brother. Dylan and Trey together start a life together and in doing so overcome many tragedies. The story keeps the reader hooked.

You have to read this whole series! I loved all 3 of the books, but this one was my favorite! Trey and Dylan are just perfect for each other ❤️. The series takes place in Haven Montana and each one builds to this final book which solves a mystery (and along the way they find their HEA) Definitely should be your next TBR!

Twisted

What the world. I did not see all those turn of events but I guess it makes sense. I loved Trey and how he was with Dylan. Pushing and supporting her as well and champion her drive and achievements.
OAN: he took one check if a brutal beating, literally and figuratively. This was the perfect ending to the series.

GAHHHH. I had a theory of who was pulling the strings from the very first book and I was WRONG. Disappointing.

This book felt like it flewwwww by. 3.5 stars, maybe. Not a lot of romance building (although there was romance) and a lot of familial relationship building. Also, can I get an update on Darla??

This seemed to end kind of quickly too.

I loved Trey and Dylan's story as much as I enjoyed the first two books. The stories continue with more sabotage and more mysteries throughout this series. Everyone finds out what a piece of work Darla is and also Uncle Carl. Dylan and her brother were lucky for the McGowan's to hire them and for second chances. I enjoyed how this series wrapped up but I would enjoy more.

So much intrigue. Completely captivating page turner. I enjoy the connection that the family has. It's almost telepathic. Just enough detail and yet leaves a lot to my imagination
