A man with a painful past. Hunter Kogan is no stranger to pain. For the past five years, he has been in a downward spiral, his days dark and grey. He spends most of his waking hours stumbling through, hating every second, wishing he didn't even exist. A woman with a secret. But it seems someone has figured it out, and they want her dead because of it. A man who can save them both. Kye Sterling knows Hunter has a troubled past. He knows someone hurt the man, which is the very reason he doesn't mind getting close, wanting to ease Hunter's pain in the only way he knows how. Not that it's working. Nothing seems to be working. When Max Adorite comes to Sniper 1 Security seeking personal protection for his cousin Danielle, the world as Hunter and Kye know it will forever be changed. Can the three of them figure out the threat to Dani before a madman gets his revenge? Can Hunter finally move out of the past and get the answers he so desperately needs? When she isn’t writing or plotting her next book (sometimes translated to “playing on Facebook”), Nicole loves to read and spend time with her family and her dogs.
I really like this series and adore Nicole but this one didn’t quite hit the mark for me. Hunter was Alpha for sure but he was too much of a growly martyr. Danielle just plain annoyed me - surely she could have spoken up before 5 years of running and hiding given the family she is in ? Maybe it was the timing for me as this has rated super high. Let’s see what comes next for the Sniper team
Audio-Book: Narrators – Charley Ongle and Tor Thom
This narrating duo did a fabulous job of bringing Hunter, Danielle and Kye to life. I loved the variations of their voices as they gave these characters such a depth of emotion in each scene. I did struggle a time or two with some of the voices given to secondary characters but holy heck! There are so many in this book but who am I to criticize such a thing! Each voice was definitely distinctive and I never struggled to understand which character was speaking.
This was an action filled story with incredible characters that are each trying to survive the emotional baggage from their pasts, even as they are evading or trying to apprehend the villains that threaten their present and future lives. There wasn’t one of them that I did not like. I did struggle a bit with all the secondary characters that must have been introduced in previous books. (This was my first in the series.) There were a few scenes early on that were hard to follow due to so many characters in one scene at one time. There was also a little bit of an information dump which was harder to comprehend the details of when listening rather than reading. These scenes were basically one and the same so that made it especially difficult to follow. Once I got beyond that point I was good to go.
If you are a fan of menage where the trio wants a lifetime commitment to each other, this is it.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
This was book 3 in the "Sniper 1 Security " series. Hunter Kogan is going through the emotions of life. For the past five years he had been in a downward spiral since the day his ex left him at the alter. Danielle "Dani" Davidson was born with a secret, one she knows should never get out. She was used as a plant by Samuel Adorite to get close to Hunter and his family she ended up falling in love with him and agreed to marry him only to leave him. Kye Sterling has been Hunters secret lover for 5 years he knows that Hunter is in pain and is using him. When Max Adorite comes to Sniper 1 to get protection for his cousin Dani he doesn't want to help but he doesn't want her to end up dead so they agree. When Dani sneaks off Hunter is having a bad day and takes it out on Kye who has had enough of Hunter he leaves. With Hunter thinking that Kye quit his job four months go by Hunter is not happy. Turns out Kye has been getting closer to Dani and as they get closer they have sex and begin to have feeling for each other. When a man comes to kill her Dani runs again when she goes to talk to Max she drops a bomb on them all and bullets start to fly. This was a really good read Hunter doesn't trust Dani to not hurt him again but he wants not only Dani but Kye as well. When she explains to Hunter why she did what she did I felt bad for them both. This book had some hot sex scenes in it I loved reading and listening to this book. When they figure out that the man after Dani is not who Max thought it was Kye is hurt and both Dani and Hunter realize that they don't want to life without the man that they both love. Hunter who was afraid to come out to his family although RT knew about his threesomes with his former partner Josh his family only wants him to be happy. This was a good read this book was well written and read as I listened and read this book I really liked the narrators of this book. I am looking forward to reading or listening to more books in this series hopefully Conner or Clay get a book soon.
"Hunter had nailed that coffin shut a long damn time ago simply by being an asshole."
Confession, the author had me with the first line of the synopsis, I can't resist, 'a man with a painful past.' Broken bad boys are my weakness and when they are also alpha assholes, even better. Don't get me wrong, Hunter has his reasons for both, but damn I wanted to throw my kindle at him so many times while reading this story. Nevertheless, he eventually won me over, and I was #TeamHunter and #TeamKye. Trust me, you won't be able to choose between them either.
Another confession, this is my first book in the Sniper 1 Security series. I read Tomorrow's Too Late as a standalone. And after meeting the amazing support characters I'm definitely going back to catch up later, I'm almost drooling with anticipation to get a closer look at Trace and RT's stories. And then, there's more of the #SexySecurityTeam to look forward to also. Hopefully, there will be many more books to come.
The author got my attention on the very first page, the prologue was panty melting, and every page thereafter had me chasing my hopes for how things would turn out for the characters I'd become so attached to. There was so much going on, good guys & bad guys, love and laughter, sadness and sweetness, trails leading to nowhere and secrets hiding in plain sight. I laughed, I cried, and I swooned. All I can say is I agree with Dani, "I need more." The line forms here...
Nicole Edwards’ latest release’s title, Tomorrow’s Too Late, alludes to the idea of just how fragile and unpredictable life is; people aren’t guaranteed tomorrow, so if they’re stuck in the past, like Hunter Kogan, or running from a set of circumstances that doesn’t allow them to be in the present, like Danielle Davidson, then they just might lose out on the possibilities of today, and in Hunter and Danielle’s case that ‘possibility’ is one person - Kye Sterling - and everything he has to offer both of them.
There’s no other way to describe Hunter but as a broody asshole. Don’t get me wrong…I understand that Danielle broke him when she left all those years ago, and I knew it wouldn't be easy for him to confront her or the past they shared, but there were times I wanted to shake him because he just wouldn’t or couldn’t see past what was done to him…he couldn’t open his heart or his mind to the possibility that there was a reasonable explanation for Danielle vanishing from his life and hurting him so badly. But I do feel like Nicole Edwards needed to portray Hunter this way because she truly illustrated just how much he lost of himself when he lost Danielle and the fact that it’s going to take time and patience in order for him to come around and truly allow Danielle to speak her piece and then hopefully move forward.
Hunter is stubborn and wants the person who hurt him to feel the exact same way, so I’m not surprised that some of the reviews I read discussed how much they disliked Hunter at the beginning of Tomorrow’s Too Late. It also didn’t shock me when Hunter took out his frustrations on Kye and Kye just readily took it because he was the only one who truly understood Hunter and everything that lies behind his alpha jerk demeanor. It doesn’t mean that Kye’s a pushover, though, because when Hunter keeps shoving, Kye does what needs to be done and after awhile, they both realize where they belong.
I feel like Kye is exactly who Hunter and Danielle needed to find some common ground, and while this threesome is definitely unconventional, the three of them together works and it also allows them to share their hearts and their bodies with the two people who will fight to the death to protect them.
There’s a lot to absorb and digest in Tomorrow’s Too Late, not only with the relationship that seems to be developing between Hunter, Kye, and Danielle, but also with the danger that Danielle is in, the reasons for her life being at risk, and the steps that her two lovers will go to in order to keep her right where she belongs. And, as these diverse plot lines progress, Nicole Edwards keeps readers guessing as well as on the edge of our seats as we attempt to figure out how everything is going to end up between the three main characters and if they’ll have to suffer anymore pain or regret to get to a place where they can all stop running from or dwelling on the past.
Tomorrow’s Too Late is an emotional and complicated journey for Hunter, Kye, and Danielle as well as the book’s readers, which works well for a Nicole Edwards’ story because she invests the time in developing her characters and the story line to illustrate just how significant the actions and words of her heroes and heroine are, and that is why I will always one-click stories by the Queen of menage!
4.5 Poison Apples (The Fairest of All Book Reviews)
Total 4 1/2-star read for me!! I absolutely loved Tomorrow's Too Late. I have been waiting a long time for Tomorrow's Too Late, the 3rd book in the Sniper Security, and let me tell you, Nicole Edwards did not disappoint. This story, which focuses on Hunter Kogan, Danielle Davidson, and Kye Sterling, was one serious roller coaster of a ride. OMG!! There were plot twists within plot twists with this one. It was so well written. Tomorrow's Too Late was filled with suspense, romance, mystery, and, of course, some seriously sexy times!! WHOA!! Let me just say that no one, and I mean, no one writes menage like Nicole Edwards!! Wow!!
Tomorrow's Too Late will have you on the edge of your seat trying to guess what is going on here, and as to whether or not there will be a happily ever after, especially with two of these three characters having some serious issues from the past to workout. I must say that while reading the book I was not sure if Hunter and Dani would be able to mend their past. I mean leaving someone at the alter is a serious issue to overcome and move on from. Oh, and while I am on the topic of Hunter and Dani, let me just say these two were very challenging characters for me. OMG!! Hunter was a very bitter man, and to an extent I could totally understand where he was coming from, but he took his bitterness to the extreme and took it out on folks who did not deserve it at all. And Dani...WOW!! She knew what she knew and no one was going to stop her from acting on what she knew or what she thought she knew. She really needed to make amends for the things she had done in the past sooner, whether she had a good reason to them. Honestly, had Hunter and Dani learned the beauty and power of communication a lot sooner, a whole lot of their issues could have been cleared up so much faster. And that is why I love Ky so much...he made them face facts and communicate. Ky was exactly who these two needed. Ky is awesomely perfect!!!
Once again, Tomorrow's Too Late is a great read and a great edition to the Sniper 1 Security series. And yes, all of our favorites from the series are back, so if you have been missing them have no fear, because they do make their appearances, and since, Nicole Edwards always enjoys a good crossover with her other books, you will get additional treats as well. Bravo on another superb book, Nicole Edwards. I cannot wait for the next installment in this series.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review.

I loved this book. Talk about one that keeps you guessing and one your toes till the very end. Danielle and Hunter use to be a couple. He introduced her into his liking to share with is partner Josh and the three of them had a pretty good thing going. Until the day that Danielle left Hunter standing at the altar and ran with no explanation as to way she was doing what she was going. But Danielle has a huge secret. While some think she is Max's cousin that simply isn't true and now that she is returning home since the thread against her is dead she soon finds out that she is still not safe and that Max is going to hire Sniper 1 Security to keep her safe. She is not a willing fan of this and Hunter is fighting against it with everything he has. He has lost so much in life and the second Danielle walks into his family Thanksgiving with intentions of telling him the why of why she left him at the altar he is not willing to hear it. However he is willing to take it out on Kye. This book has a lot going on in it and in case you can not tell it is a relationship about three people. Danielle, Kye, and Hunter. I loved this book because I got to see the Sniper 1 Security people again. I got a story that kept me on my toes guessing what was going on. No I never did figure it all out, but that is the fun of reading books. I loved Danielle and Key and Hunter even all together. I wasn't much of a Hunter fan in the beginning simply because he was so closed off and no one was getting this stubborn man to listen to anything they had to say. Kye!!!! Oh my swoon. He is absolutely amazing and I fell in love with him right from the start. Danielle is one tough cookie. I loved that about her but felt so sorry for her so many times. You will see why. These are three amazing character's separately but together they are explosive. Nicole writes the best book but especially the best menage books I have ever read. Tomorrow's Too Late is absolutely amazing and a book you do not want to miss
Nicole is giving us another chapter in the Sniper 1 Security series. This one is about Dani and Hunter.
I am a huge fan of all Nicole's books and could not wait to dive into this one. Take it from me you will not be disappointed to read this series at all.
The prologue in the beginning takes us back 5 years ago when they first get together. Once we start with chapter 1 we learn that after Hunter admitted his true desires for Dani and they had a hot night of a threesome. Hunter knows that night that he found the love of his life but when Dani flees on her wedding day Hunter is lost. 5 years later, Hunter doesn't know why Dani is back but he is going to find out. We know she is keeping a secret and Nicole will keep you engrossed in the story until you find out what it is.
Enter Rye, he is another member of the Sniper team and has been sleeping with Hunter for awhile. Hunter doesn't want to get attached to anyone and tries to push Rye away. When Rye has had enough of Hunter's BS, he rescinds and disappears. Little does Hunter know that Rye was assigned to protect Dani. Rye gets close to Dani and starts to have feelings for her but still doesn't forget Hunter. At the same time Hunter is having the same feelings. Hunter can't stop thinking about Dani and Rye and all 3 of them together.
We learn Dani's secret and know why she has to keep running. The story will keep you on your toes and Nicole weaves in so much intrigue that you will love it! When hunter and Rye have to protect Dani, things really heat up between all 3 of them. Dani knows what Hunter's desires are and now so does Rye. Will they give in or all walk away. You have to read to find out but let me tell you, you will not be sorry you did. Their chemistry is amazing and the love is still there too.
We get the Nicole angst in this story and it is why I love her writing so much.
Once Hunter realizes he deserves to be happy, life becomes better for all 3. Hunter forgives Dani for leaving him and admits that he has deep feelings for Rye. The ending to this story was awesome. They get their HEA and well deserved as for as I am concerned..... *ARC provided by Nicole Edwards in exchange for an honest review. Reviewed by Jodi from Alpha Book Club
5 Star Review Tomorrow’s Too Late (Sniper 1 Security Book 3) by Nicole Edwards
This is book three in the Sniper 1 Security series and I found it to be just as good as the first two. I would recommend that you read the previous books , so that you get a better understanding of the characters, their relationships and the company structure. However, having said that, it could be read as a stand alone.
I am so loving this series and I am thrilled she has decided to move into a different direction with these books. From chapter one, I was hooked and couldn’t put it down.
Hunter Kogan is a man living in the past. Shattered after Dani, the woman he was planning to marry, suddenly disappeared from his life, he has spiralled out of control.
Kye Sterling works for Sniper 1 Security and also has an interesting and challenging relationship with Hunter; he is there to ease Hunter’s pain in any way Hunter wants.
Fast forward 5 years and Danielle Davidson has suddenly returned, hiding a secret she knows should never be revealed. However, someone has found out her secret and Dani is in danger.
Dani’s cousin Max Adorite requests Hunter arrange personal protection for her, determined to keep her safe. Hunter and Kye partner up to protect Dani.
When trouble and danger rears it’s head will Hunter and Kye be able to keep Dani safe? The chemistry and attraction between Hunter and Dani still sizzles. Will they give in to their feelings or will Hunter’s anger about the past come between them? Where will this leave Kye, will Hunter push him aside or will they all come together? How much more can Kye take before he cracks?
This is Menage at it’s best, add in the suspense which is extremely well written and had me on the edge of my seat for the majority of the book and you will be riveted. Ms. Edwards wove so many twists and turns into the story, as well as the emotional roller coaster she puts us through that honestly I didn’t know whether to cry or yell.
When Hunter, Kye and Dani finally come together, it was scorchingly hot and oh so amazing. No-one does menage as well as Nicole Edwards.
I really loved Tomorrow’s Too Late and cannot wait to read more in this series. Well done, you have another winner on your hands.
Tomorrow’s Too Late is the third book in the Sniper 1 Security series. It can be read as standalone but I do recommend reading the previous books at some point since they kick ass. If you have read them then you know a bit about Hunter and his past with Dani. Now, it’s time to really get to know them. The good. The bad. And the sexy!
Dani was tired of running. It’s been five years since she had been home. She knew when she saw Hunter that he wouldn’t be welcoming her back with open arms. She knew she would be lucky if he even looked at her. After what she had done, she knew she deserved it but she had to try to explain herself. If he let her. She sensed the angry that radiated off him. She felt the coldness. She hated it. Hated that it was her fault. Her secrets that tore them apart. Will she ever get the chance to tell him the truth before it was too late? She knew someone was after her. She hated it but she had to run. Again.
Hunter had been living half a life since she left five years ago. Soon after, he lost his partner too. He was slipping. Since then he had a new partner. One who he found to trust but that didn’t mean he ready to move on from his past. Now, that past was in his present. Her. The only woman he ever loved was back and needs him. Needs him to protect her from someone. Max, her cousin thinks he knows who but her instincts are telling a different story. She just wants this over with. She wants to stop running. To live a life without having to look over her shoulder constantly. Will she ever get the chance?
Sorry...I can’t get into much more. I will say that once you open the book, you will not want to put it down. I know that was what happened in my case. It’s starts out with a bang, and it continues with suspense, wit, angst, heat, and beauty. It had me swiping pages faster and faster. I had to know what was up next. Who was lurking. Who was going to make the next move. I loved it. And I love this family! It was kickass since there was a little Southern Boys Mafia within the pages.
Overall...if you want a story full of suspense, sexiness, laughter, and strong characters then read this book! It is my favorite of the series! I can not wait to see what is up next!
Quotes:
“Same song, different verse.” Hunter stared at her, disbelief practically dripping from his pores.
“Whether you like it or not, it’s not always about you,” Kye growled.
“You look so damn sexy when you’re packing heat,” he said with a smirk.
This is the third book in the Sniper 1 Security series and follows the story of Hunter Kogan, Danielle Davidson and Kye Sterling. This is a MFM romance. New readers might find it best to read the previous books in the series although at a touch I feel it can be read as a standalone.
A man with a painful past ..…that was the clincher that got me hooked on wanting to read this one. There is nothing more fulfilling than reaching a HEA for a man with a painful past. Hunter Kogan certainly had that when the love of his life left him standing at the altar on their wedding day. Fast forward years later and the long lost lovers come face to face again when Danielle’s life is threatened with no idea who is wanting her dead. In steps Hunter and Kye to protect Dani.
Kye and Hunter have had a few years of sexy hook ups but all in secret as Hunter is not out as bisexual to anyone. Due to Hunter’s hurt from the past though, Kye is becoming tired of the way Hunter treats him until finally he has had enough and takes off only to run into the one connection the men have in common.
This was a drama and suspense lead storyline with many twists and turns of who is it and who did it? As the three lovers had a lot to work through the romance was very slow burn but does end up with a HEA. For me I would have liked that little extra romance built in for me to fully connect with the trio. There was also an overuse of ‘The Man’ and ‘The Guy’ that I found a little distracting at times throughout the read.
Overall though another winner from Ms Edwards with plenty of drama, suspense and heat. A four stars read for me.

4.5 Stars for yet another fabulous story in the Sniper 1 Security series and it is a ménage on top! And Nicole Edwards definitely knows how to write those!
Hunter and Dani have a past that is painted by heartache and pain and lies. But even with those negative memories, there’s still heat and chemistry and some feelings you can’t deny. When a threat becomes more real than ever, everyone has to strip bare and lay everything on the table. In all this Kye is the one who understands both better than they might want and yet, he also discovers that his own feelings are deeper than just a job.
Add some mobster connections and this all becomes an edge that has you literally there. Nicole Edwards set their story in a suspenseful storyline that had me captured right from the beginning and didn’t let me go til the end. Also there were some new developments in the secondary story that had me interested for more. As always I love Nicole Edwards writing style and she never disappoints.
This is the third book in the SNIPER 1 Series. You still have the same asshole bad guys trying to take over the city. The same good guys saving everyone. However, the relationship is different. HOT. SEXY. M/M/F. So good. Once you get this book in your greedy little hands, you're not going to want to put it down. You'll want to re-read it over, and over again. It will consume you. Hunter is a very determined man. Dani is a strong, vigilant woman. Kye is the guy everyone will love. The story line will keep you engaged with good dialog and dynamic characters. Then, when they finally come together - FUCK ME!! Thigh squeezing, mouth watering, can't turn the page fast enough, HOT! By far my favorite Sniper 1 book!
I’m a huge Nicole Edwards fan... and while I did enjoy this one. I felt like something didn’t click until the last half of the book. There was so much going on and not enough of the couple together for me that it dragged on. I was so ready to see these 3 together. But when they did actually get together the book took off. They clicked together. Writing as always was solid. I just wanted these three to be the focus more
Nicole Edwards you did not disappoint with this book. It feels like I've been waiting forever for Hunter and Danielle's story and the added character of Kye definitely had me intrigued. The book itself has so many twists and turns that this book becomes an edge of your seat thrilling read. If you've read a Nicole Edwards book then you will not be surprised with this story and if you've never read one then you definitely need to give it a try.
Hunter and Danielle has a past, a past that neither one of them seem willing to address or can even move past. They are both still very hurt and in love with each other but due to the way that they separated the love seems to be buried. Kye Sterling is a character that we first meet with his interaction with Hunter and right away you are hit with the intense chemistry boy can you feel the heat from these two hot alpha males. But while you feel their chemistry you can also get the sense that there's an underlying tension between the two of them and you're just waiting for the resolve to happen. Then there is Danielle, a huge mystery surrounds her and when the mystery is revealed you are left with your mouth hanging open because you just didn't see that one coming. Kye is on a mission to protect Danielle, unbeknownst to her and the development of the love between the two of them is so sweet and touching that even though you know he's lying to her you're also rooting for them to survive the betrayal. Then enters Hunter and there goes the tension. There is a very touching moment between Hunter and Danielle where you can see that they are beginning to let go of their past and start to walk towards a future. But as with all HEA there must be some type of drama that makes it all worth it and there is definitely a hellish moment that makes them all face their fears and realize that in order to fully commit they must be able to trust each other and believe that they will be there for you. I think this was the hardest for Hunter but once he was able to come to terms with it you can feel the shift in him towards both Kye and Danielle. In this triad Kye is certainly the glue that holds them together and that makes him perfect in this book
Great job Nicole and I can't wait for the other books in the series, and thanks for bringing back a lot of my favorites in this book, I most certainly missed them.
In this book we finally find out what has Hunter’s mood in such a twist. This book is Hunter and Dani’s story and introducing Kye. We already knew that Dani left Hunter standing at the alter on their wedding day. Fast forward 4 years and Dani is back and Hunter is still holding a huge chip on his shoulder and in his heart. Dani could not bring himself to forget let alone forgive Dani for what she did. He was so angry and hurt that he didn’t even want to hear what her reason for running was. When Dani first arrived that was exactly what her intention was. She figured what a better time then a family function because he couldn’t or wouldn’t make a scene if she wanted to talk to him. Well when Dani arrived (which she purposely arrived late for) so as not to have to eat she found everyone in Hunter’s family staring at her with daggers. Hunter wanted nothing to do with her or her reasons. Hunter was in denial and kept saying he hated her well we all know what they say about hate! Hunter was also keeping a secret from his family (or so he thought!) Enter Kye, Kye is an agent for Sniper 1 and the current attraction of Hunter. Only problem was Hunter was not out to anyone let alone he was bisexual. Hunter has so much anger and hurt from Dani that he is determined not to fall for anyone again. Sex is sex and you don’t need all the feelings and everything that goes along with it. Kye knew that he was not out and it didn’t bother him. Ke knew that Hunter was using him and for now was okay with it because he was on the same page just sex until one night when Kye snaps because he knows Hunter is purposely pushing him away and he snaps. He takes the reigns from Hunter does to Hunter what Hunter does to him all the time and walks out. Kye resigns from Sniper 1 and leaves or so Hunter thinks. Dani is running again because of another threat. RT convinces Kye to trail Dani and keep her safe all the while everyone thinks he quit and left town. Kye has known he is bisexual for years but had walls up because of the past. Kye and Dani connect and eventually connect on another level. Dani knows Kye as Joe. The problem being the past has caught of with Dani and whoever is looking for her has found her. Dani is on the run again and Kye is left trying to find her after he saves her from her attacker. Dani is tired of running and starts her track home. She goes to her cousin Max determined to end her running when once again her past finds her. Hunter is thrust into protecting her against his will because remember he is still angry and hurt but he doesn’t want her dead. After the latest attempt Dani finds out that Joe is not Joe but in fact Kye and Hunter starts putting the pieces together. This book now twists and turns through trying to figure out who if anyone is after Dani or if they are in fact just after her family and she is a casualty of war. Dani opens up to Kye about her past with Hunter and for the first time Hunter hears it. Strap yourself on for the twists and turns and you have anger, fear and excitement as everyone teams up to solve the mystery. I totally enjoyed this book and you will too. As stated this is book 3 it can be read as a stand alone but I highly recommend you read the others books first as all the past characters are in this book as well and you will have a better understanding. You will not be disappointed.
4.5 stars for - Tomorrow's Too Late - book 3 in the Sniper 1 Security series by Nicole Edwards. Three long years have passed since the last book in this series so to say I was excited when this one was announced was a bit of an understatement and it was a truly fantastic read that I devoured over the course of a day! Fans of Ms. Edwards know she pours her soul into these pages and most of her books top out at well over 350 pages so finishing her book in 24 hours is just a testament to how much her writing captivates and intrigues me every single time I pick one up. This is by far her most intricate series to date as well since it has characters showing up from all the other series she has written and while the first book was a M/F romance, the second was M/M and now this one is a MMF ménage so prepare yourself for one heck of a sinful seduction mixed with tons of danger and lots of mystery too. Danielle Davidson is not the person anyone thought she was so five years ago when she ran out on the man she loved she had a very good reason to do so. The fact that he thinks she couldn't handle his darker urges was just ridiculous considering she learned to crave that as much as he did in that short time she knew about them but she never had the chance to tell him as much. Now that Dani needs to tell her cousin the truth about everything and that she may need his help to keep herself safe is bringing her back to the one place she hasn't been in five long years. Kye Sterling watched his family crumble when his brother was murdered for being gay and has taken their overprotective tendencies in stride ever since. Never knowing what happened to him has always ate at him but he has learned to take everyday as a gift and never take it for granted so his "arrangement" with the one man that makes him feel something bothers him to no end. Being openly bisexual himself yet having to be someone's dirty little secret is never something he planned on doing, nor will he accept it any longer regardless of his feelings for the stubborn fool of a man. Walking away from him was his only option but meeting her was the very last thing he ever planned on. Hunter Kogan has always known he was different but kept part of himself closed off from his friends and family. Whether he feared he wouldn't be accepted or worse that was private yet he let Dani in until she decided to walk away on their wedding day. Now five years have gone by and her cousin the dangerous and elusive Max Adorite wants to hire 24/7 protection for her and he knows he and Kye are the only men for the job. He is bound and determined to find out what exactly happened all those years ago and maybe have a little bit of fun along the way.

Looking back, I realize how long it’s been since I read the last book in this series, Never Say Never. A year and a half! Even longer since it was published. Somehow, I still remember all the characters so well. No refreshers needed. I really couldn’t believe it’s been so long since it was all so clear to me.
Let me tell you, this book starts off HOT! Definitely a whole lot of steamy scenes in this one. But that’s not all; there is also a whole lot of emotion. The way Hunter punishes himself and those around him for things that happened in his love life in the past just put me through the ringer. I wanted to smack some sense into him. Luckily, in true Nicole Edwards hero fashion, he does eventually get his head out of his tookus. Once that happens, he is totally swoon-worthy.
Speaking of swoon-worthy, Kye is so truly wonderful. From the start, he has such a great sense of humor. No matter what is happening, he always has the extra second or two to give a smile or wink and make those around him feel better.
Of course, if you’ve read the other books in this series and the Southern Boy Mafia series you’ll understand why I wasn’t sure if I’d like Dani. And I didn’t necessarily like her at first. I didn’t dislike her, I just wanted her to stop and think for a minute. She was always reacting instead of planning. Just like Hunter, once all was aired out and I got to see her true personality shine through I fell in love with her.
I want to note that in my review of the first book of this series, Wait For Morning, I mentioned being a bit annoyed by Hunter’s part of the story because it didn’t make sense that their huge and prestigious security firm couldn’t find one woman. I was glad the author addressed that issue in a couple of different ways in this book. She always comes through for me when I think I’ve found a hole in her stories. Nope, she knows what she’s doing…I just have to be more patient and wait for the payoff.
Tomorrow´s Too Late by the outstanding author Nicole Edwars is the 3. book in her Sniper 1 Security Series. The previous books are Wait for Morning and Never Say Never. Every book while somehow connected can easily be read as standalone. Every time Nicole Edwards releasesa new book, I´m giddy to get my hands on it. There are only a couple of authors who´s stories speak to me. And Nicole Edwards is one of them. I still remember reading the Alluring Indulgence Series and how I was blown away. I was sucked in and instantly a fan of the author’s writing. That was the beginning and I have never regretted it.
The book contains scorching hot alpha males, mm; mmf and mfm scenes- consider you warned- or not. Hunter Kogan is a angry and bitter man. He´s the son of one of the Sniper 1 Security Companie´s founders. He has a painful past and lives a secret. Danielle Davidson is a lonely woman. She has roots in the mob and is in hiding. Kye Sterling is a member of Sniper 1 Security and works as Hunter´s partner. How come these so different people together, - Nicole Edwards masterfully crafted a world with strong Alpha heroes, a determined heroine and twists and turns that kept me at the edge of my seat . I started reading and was hooked from chapter one. I read the book in one sitting because I couldn´t out it down - who needs sleep, right. And now I´m sitting here with a major book hangover and I want more. I know I´m greedy, but it seems I can´t get enough of these three characters. I connected very easily with them - they had me hooked from the start - and that happens very often. All in all is Tomorrow´s Too Late a nailbiting, nerve wrecking, scorching hot read and I give 5 stars.
Tomorrow’s Too Late is the third book in the Sniper 1 Security series. It focuses on Hunter Kogan, Danielle (Dani) Davidson, and Kye Sterling. This book does contain scenes that are M/F, M/M, and M/M/F. I have to say this was one of my favorite Nicole Edwards books. I have read them all and there is something so amazing to how she brings these characters together. This story is a great love story that tells how these characters overcome obstacles to be together. How they were hurt and loved. And how in the end Tomorrow is never too late. The book starts out 5 years in the past with Hunter and Dani together. It tells about a part of their relationship no one in their families knew about. Then it flips to the present with Hunter and Dani no longer together. He is always angry and does anything he can not to face his feelings or what has happened to him. His brother-in-law walks in with none other than Dani wanting his family’s company to protect her. Hunter and his partner Kye take on the job because Hunter does not want anyone else protecting her. From there they go through many ups and downs as the story unfolds. Kye is the sweetest man and cares so much for Hunter. Hunter is angry all the time and does not care about anything except the chip on his shoulder. Dani is caring and does not want to endanger anyone except herself. All three of them must work together and work out their issues to make their futures. Nicole Edwards has created another great book in the series and I can’t wait to see what else will happen. This is an amazing story and I can’t say enough about how much you will love it! If you are looking for some suspense, HOT scenes, amazing characters, and a happily ever after this is the place to look!!
Tomorrow's Too Late is third book in the Sniper 1 Security series. I love Nicole and I love this series! There are a lot of characters to follow, some related, some not and I love seeing them all again. Being reminded of why I love these characters. Nicole Edwards writes some of the best m/m/f out there because her characters are deep, funny and sexy. There's more than just the physical. This one has more emotion than her usual. It is part second chance romance, which I love, and so much more. Hunter lost the love of his life five years ago when she ran away with his heart. Since then he hasn't been living. Barely surviving. Kye is the only person who ever saw any emotion fill his eyes. But it's not always meaningful or true and Kye wants more. When Sniper 1 is hired by Max to protect his cousin, Danielle, the same woman who abandoned Hunter, things get even more complicated. Hunter thinks he hates Dani, but does he really? Kye has deep feelings for both Hunter and Dani. She can't seem to stop wanting them both. It's a tricky situation, but it's easier than they ever thought it could be. But what happens when someone tries to steal the happiness they just found? Will they survive it together? I loved this story! Hunter is such a jerk but you can't help but love him. Kye is sexy, sweet and so funny. Dani is a survivor but she's also vulnerable. The three of them just fit like pieces of a puzzle. They found who they have always been missing. I can't wait for more of this series!
“You’re right. Nothing you can do or say will ever change the way I feel about you. Nothing.”
This story is part of the Sniper 1 Security series. It is a stand alone novel; but my advise is to read the other books in the series to get a background and feel for the story and the characters. Hunter Krogan is emotionally scared and because of his painful past he is unable to commit emotionally. Danielle Davidson is a woman who has been manipulated, carries a secret and is on the run from a murderer. She is also the cause of Hunter's pain.
Sniper 1 Security is hired to protect Danielle and Hunter agrees to protect her; but Danielle disappears again. Kye Sterling is Hunter's partner and part-time lover. Kye loves Hunter but decides to leave him because Hunter is unable to commit and they both know that there is something missing in their relationship. Kye takes the assignment to protect Danelle. During his time with Danielle, Kye develops feelings for her. Kye realizes that his ultimate dream is to have a relationship with both Hunter and Danielle.
Can the three of them get past their emotional issues and develop a lasting relationship? Can Hunter forgive Danielle? But in order to do this, the threat to Danielle's life must be eliminated and Hunter and Key must deal with Danielle's secrets and her family. This book is Nicole Edwards at her best. Sniper 1 Security is an amazing series and I couldn't wait for Hunter's story. In the beginning I hated Danielle for hurting Hunter, but everyone has a story and this emotional roller coaster novel is theirs. The story is full of hot, steamy sex and emotional angst. A must read!
Tomorrow’s Too Late, the third book in the Sniper 1 Security series by Nicole Edwards, is another winner in a long line of fantastic books by this author. You do not have to read all the books in the series to be able to enjoy this book, but I highly recommend it to get the richest reading experience you can. I will admit to reading the first two books again before reading this one.
The story centers around three individuals, Hunter Kogan, a man who has experienced a great deal of pain, mostly because of one woman, Danielle (Dani) Davidson, a cousin of Max Adorite, one of the main characters in Nicole’s “Southern Boy Mafia” series and Kye Sterling, a man who works for Hunter’s family at Sniper 1 Security.
Hunter and Dani have a past, and it happened 5 years ago, but those events are not what they seem, and now Kye is involved and is trying to figure out how to help and or be a part of their lives either individually or the three of them together. The book is a M/M/F erotic romance but is also a suspenseful story and I am glad that this book had as much suspense as it did the romance. I believe it made it a much more enjoyable reading experience. The Sniper 1 Security business had a lot to add to this story, not just the romance of the story and I am glad.
I won’t repeat what the publisher says about the book because they say it way better than I do. What I will say is that you will not be disappointed and after this you will be hooked on reading Nicole Edwards books. I know I was after I read one of her first books and they keep coming as wonderful as ever.
Hunter and Dani have a very rocky past. Hunter never stopped loving Dani and is shocked when she returns into his life again.
Dani is running from danger and returns home to find help and safety. She runs right into Hunter and emotions begin to flow.
Kai and Hunter also have a past. It is more of a convenience relationship and Hunter always seems to be the boss.
Once Kai and Hunter realize that Dani is in trouble, the book really comes to life. The love between Hunter, Kai, and Dani is sweet, yet complicated. Protecting Dani and finding out about the threat is top priority. They would do anything to keep Dani safe, even if it meant they would be harmed.
The twists in the plot make this story a page turner. It is not easy to put down or stop thinking about. The suspense is so real that at times I found myself yelling at characters to do or not do something. The romance is hot. Sexy scenes give the reader a breather from the suspenseful back story. But not much because those scenes are steamy!!
Tor Thom amazed me with his ability to keep all the male characters pitch different from each other. It was very clear to be able to know who was talking or thinking. Each voice truly fit the character as I would have imagined them. Charley Ongel has such a soft and sweet voice in contrast to Tor Thom's deep baritone voice. But Ms Ongel was able to change her pitch to accomodate the different female characters. It was easy to determine who was speaking and the pitches Ms Ongel narrated with were perfect for the character's personality.
Tomorrow’s Too Late is the third book in the Sniper 1 Series by Nicole Edwards. I loved this series from the first book and this book is no exception. We met Hunter Kogan in the previous books and got small glimpses of his turbulent past with Dani Davidson. This story gives us a more in depth look at what happened between them and how it has shaped their lives the last few years. When Dani’s life is in danger her cousin and Hunter’s brother – in -law Max comes to Sniper 1 for protection for her. Little do any of them know Dani has a HUGE secret that could be part of what has her in danger. Even though he is mad at her Hunter will not let anyone else but him protect her, but she has other ideas and takes off. Through all this Hunter is keeping a secret of his own from his family. One that only his partner at Sniper 1 Kye Sterling knows. Due to his troubled past Hunter won’t letht anyone get too close and that causes Kye to decide to leave. However due to the threat against Dani getting worse all 3 find themselves thrown together in close quarters. Can they figure out who is threatening Dani before it is too late? Can they resist the chemistry that sparks between the three of them? Do they want to or is that exactly what all three of them have been looking for? This installment in the series is by far the hottest one so far. It keeps you involved from page one and you won’t be able to put it down. I cannot wait to read more about the Trexler’s, Kogan’s & Adorites.
Book 3 in the Sniper 1 Security Series and for me this is the best in the series Nicole Edwards has outdone herself with Hunter Kogan, Danielle Davidson and Kye Stirling’s story. The queen of Ménage has given us the most beautifully written love story but this book is not just about love it’s about 3 people finding themselves with the help of each other, it’s a journey that’s full of twists and turns and just when you think you have got it all worked out you get thrown another curveball. Hunter is nursing a broken heart he is living in the past because he never found out why Dani disappeared from his life instead of marrying him. Kye works for Sniper 1 Security and he has made it his role in life to protect and try and make Hunter feel loved again and then we have Dani who walked away 5 years ago without even a goodbye and now she is back in the mix. Dani is part of the Adorite family and is in danger so when Max Andorite asks Sniper 1 for help it was always going to be Hunter who stepped up to protect her but can he protect his heart at the same time. This book will have you sitting on the edge of your seat, your emotions will be all over the place, you will need the tissues handy, the chemistry between these 3 is sizzling and once you add in the mystery and suspense you get a must read book. I love this series and I’m looking forward to reading more from the gang at Sniper 1 Security.
This is the 3rd book in the series Sniper 1 Security.
Hunter Kogan and Dani Davidson were supposed to be married when Dani suddenly disappeared, leaving Hunter at the altar. It's been 5 years and Hunter has been living his life in a fog, just trying to get thru everyday without hurting since Dani left and his original partner at Sniper 1 Security was killed. No one knew the reason Dani ran away until she returns years later and the truth is finally out.
Danielle Davidson is Max Adorite's cousin, and she ran because she knew she was being followed by someone who was trying to kill her. Now that she has returned, Max has come to Sniper 1 for their help in personal protection for Dani. The men have their ideas on who is behind the threat against Dani, but she is not convinced they are pursuing the right person.............
I love this series by Nicole. It has so many twists in the story line. In this book, I went from loving Nicole to hating her for putting me through so many emotions. From love, to hate to wanting to shake someone for acting the way they did. LOL
This is another amazing series by Nicole. There are sexy, steamy love scenes m/f, m/m and m/m/f. All of which are well incorporated in the story, not just thrown in. The thing I love about Nicole's books is her style of writing. She makes me, as a reader, feel the emotions and troubles the characters go through in each scene. That is what a good book is to me.
*I received an ARC in exchange for a honest review*
I love, love Nicole Edwards! Each one of her books is better than the last and that is pretty hard to do when they all are great. Nicole brings you into the story and you feel the emotions that the characters feel. It is one wild ride. Hunter and Danielle are all set to walk down the aisle. He told her his secrets and he thought she told him hers but come to find out that was all one sided. Hunter thought he had found his partner for life and when he is left at the alter he starts to question everything. He feels betrayed, confused, and eventually down right angry. At everyone and everything and just life in general. He loses his other partner, the one at S1S and that pushes him further into the deep end. Although luck might be on his side because his new partner at S1S, Kye is there for him. Kye tries to sooth and ease Hunter the only way he knows how. He is okay with that for now but time will tell.
Dani thought she had it all but her secret was just to big to tell and it reared its ugly head at the worst time. She had to leave the man of her dreams at the alter to protect him and herself. She tries to bring herself to tell Hunter what happened but she just can't do it. Someone wants her dead. Max, her cousin thinks she needs to be protected and that Hunter and Kye are the two men that can do it. Can they do it is the question. You will have to read to find out.

Hunter has been living with his pain. It’s sent him into a fog of just existing after being left at the altar and losing his lover. Danielle has been keeping secrets and living on the run for so long that she doesn’t know what it’s like to stay in one place. But now she’s back and Hunter doesn’t know what he wants to do about it. Kye has been there for Hunter. He’s helped him ease the pain but Hunter never lets him too close. Can the three figure out who is behind the reason that Dani feels she has to run? And will they be able to figure out a way to heal each other?
“She no longer believed Max when he told her that things would get better, that he could protect her. That tomorrow was a new day.
As far as she was concerned, tomorrow was too late.”
I forgot how much I loved the Sniper 1 Security series! We were left with Hunter’s shocking discover that the woman who jilted him on his wedding day is back in town. And reading this story just made me so giddy! I finally got to find out what was behind the mystery of Hunter! Boy, did that man drive me more than a little insane. Stubborn as all get out! I immediately fell for Kye though. He just had that patient and gentle soul that really was what Hunter needed at the time. But then Hunter just wouldn’t take a hint. So Team Kye, I was all for him letting Hunter feel what it was like when Kye really “quit” him. Danielle…poor girl. She’s had to deal with all alone and my heart just hurt for her. Thank God she had Kye as a protector and facilitator between her and Hunter. Not to mention the man was hot as hell and there for her in other ways as well! This story had the suspense, angst and passionate love scenes I love in Nicole’s writing and I really adored these three together. I raced through this book and wish now I’d slowed down and enjoyed it more like a fine wine. I think I need to read it again.
I’ve never been disappointed with a Nicole Edwards’ story and I can’t wait what she has up her sleeve for me next. I stalk her like she’s made of chocolate and I’ve been on a sugar free diet.
