Olivia Rockford has fought hard to prove that she’s as good as any of her brothers who work for Rockford Securities, so when a seemingly easy job to transport a priceless necklace goes awry on her watch, she’s not about to take it sitting down. Even worse, she realizes someone from Rockford Securities must have leaked the details of the job. Too bad she fears it might be Tom Bates a mysterious new employee to whom she’s been fighting her growing attraction. Tom Bates isn't what he seems. Sure, he’s tall, dark and handsome, but he’s also dangerous. He never lets emotions get in the way of the job. But that was before he met Olivia Rockford. Now he finds himself torn between a job that’s been the only thing with meaning in his life and the woman he can’t get out of his mind. When things turn deadly, both Liv and Tom may have to sacrifice their long held beliefs and learn to trust each other or risk losing not only their lives, but their chance at something that could be bigger than the job.

I have been waiting for Olivia's story and it was worth the weight. I am really enjoying the Rockford Security series the storylines are adventurous, thrilling and believable the characters are all wonderful and I love that they intermingle as a team/family in all the stories so far even if some are not technically Rockfords by name they are all family.
Tom/Dom the new handsome employee at Rockford Security has Liv flustered from the very first glance which was funny as Olivia never get' flustered even the strongest woman can be undone by the right man and Dom is definitely the right man for Liv he just needs to live long enough to come clean with her about himself and hopefully not lose her in the process.
I am looking forward to a lot more of these great stories.
This was a fun read but as usual little things drove me crazy for instance the author was not consistent on when she used Tom and when she used Dom as the main male characters name. Also I really thought there needed to be a little more detail as to why Dom was investigating Rockford..... also no closure with some of the plots... what ever happened to the mole what was her motivation? Don't get me Wong I have enjoyed reading all five books in the series and will continue reading as more books are added I just always feel like I'm left wanting more of the story

I enjoyed this story of adventure, mystery, suspense, and romance. The author has once again proved her ability to bring everything together to make a great tale, easy to enjoy.
4.5 stars! I really enjoyed this story. I thought Dom was a great match for Olivia, and I liked how the story played out. It was a good mix of romance and action. Looking forward to the next installment!
