What if your fated mate was just an app swipe away?
What do you do when the community you love comes under threat from corporate giants? If you’re a smoking-hot bear shifter clan, you organize a charity strip show, of course!
Not afraid to go ‘the whole nine yards’, the Bear Heat Strippers are a big hit during their opening show, especially Timo, who gets over his stage fright to take a pretty, curvy girl up on stage for a very sensual dance. He’s only supposed to pretend to kiss her, but his bear has other ideas, and a steamy night of passion follows.
Raven Hartman was only in town for a bachelorette party, and the next day she's mortified about her – admittedly scorching – one-night stand. She resolves to forget all about it, but she’s fallen for Hope Valley and spontaneously decides to move there, leaving her dull hometown far behind.
Meanwhile, Timo can't forget the beautiful girl who got away, and when the Bear Heat Strippers have finished touring, he goes on a desperate search for her.
Raven thinks Timo’s a player, and he despairs of ever finding her, but when Lauren – the mate of the clan’s alpha – finds out what's happened, she's got a feeling that Shiftr, the secret dating app, will solve all their problems.
Will Shiftr pick the two of them out as purrfectly matched, or will Raven’s huge bombshell and Timo’s furry secret send them running off in opposite directions?
This is a standalone, short, sweet, steamy read, perfect for a lunch break, bath time, or a little dose of me-time, wherever you are. HEA and no cliffhanger!
For a limited period, it includes an additional story as a special FREE bonus!
Note: This book and all other books in the Hope Valley Dating App series are standalone and can be read completely independently.

Ok..this may seem harsh but I am not the only one who got pissed off with Raven. The fact that she acted as Judge, Jury, and Execution where Timo was concerned made me mad. So...because he was a "stripper" she decided it was better she not tell him about the baby? Like because of his occupation he couldnt take care of or know his child? Then when she DOES find out he's NOT a stripper she's like well I'll tell him if we're compatible. Ugh...really? I was really enjoying the story til that point where Raven turned into a cold hearted bitch...yes harsh but true. Sorry if it spoils it for everyone but seriously that really got my goat! Yes, she's the mother but she had NO RIGHT to do something so cold and selfish I might add. I was not pleased Ariana Hawkes wrote Raven like that. Judging someone on a occupation and thinking he had no right to know his child? Um no, just no.
On a lighter note though I liked the story. It was a fairly easy story and simple with the exception of Raven's thinking and actions later on in regards to Timo. I'm betting that would have really hurt him to find that out. Thats not a great characteristic in a mate. Timo's so sweet and he so didnt deserve that. I'm surprised it didnt come out but I am guessing the author didnt want any conflict and to make it a simple story. I know there are times we dislike characters but I've never really had one affect my review rating until now and I am sad about it. Other reviewers agreed that Raven's character went too far.
Are you kidding me? Are you freaking kidding me!?! Okay so this book opens with some of the shifters, whose romances we have read, STRIPPING on stage. And not the semi decent stripping, no, these "heroes" with mates and wives are getting graphically BUCK NAKED and dancing for a pack of drunk, horny women! Take a minute to digest that. Does anyone really need to say anything more? I cannot imagine being okay with my husband or partner getting NAKED on stage and letting a drunk and horny bachelorette party feel him up. I don't give a damn how good the cause is! Can you imagine a shifter male being okay with letting his mate get naked for the amusement of a roomful of drunk men? How is it any different for a woman? One of the main points of reading shifter romance is the absolute loyalty these guys have for their mates. Gahh! At this point I need to wash my brain out with soap! That was the most sleazy disgusting thing I've read in a long time. And really sad too, because now I can't read the previous books in this series without remembering this nonsense. Not cool Ariana Hawkes!
Shiftr: Swipe Left for Love is a short, sweet and fun story. It's about bear shape shifter Timo and twenty something human Raven. They meet while Raven is celebrating her friend's bachelorette party. I truly enjoyed this story and hope to see more of Timo and Raven in the future. Their love story is one of love at first sight and is super sweet.
Since I don't normally write reviews unless I have something specific to say, here's the break down of how I rate my books...
1 star... This book was bad, so bad I may have given up and skipped to the end. I will avoid this author like the plague in the future.
2 stars... This book was not very good, and I won't be reading any more from the author.
3 stars... This book was ok, but I won't go out of my way to read more, But if I find another book by the author for under a dollar I'd pick it up.
4 stars... I really enjoyed this book and will definitely be on the look out to pick up more from the series/author.
5 stars... I loved this book! It has earned a permanent home in my collection and I'll be picking up the rest of the series and other books from the author ASAP.
Wow I have to say these books suck you in, I've only just started to read this and I've finished it. It was nice to see Timo get his story. When Raven sees Timo for the first time she feels oddly connected. Timo knows the moment he see her that she's his mate, but misunderstandings, and missed moments threaten to stop things before they start. Will they meet again? I enjoyed this story, the plot was great, of course the characters are now feeling like part of the family. Some angst, and some very sweet moments as well as some hot sex. Would recommend.
This is my favourite book of this series. I just adore Timo; he is such a gentle giant. Raven got a bit sanctimonious at times thinking that Timo was not a very good person because he was a "stripper". Yet she was drunk, dressed in a rather slutty way and went after Timo and had unprotected sex with him. But all worked out happily and Timo got his One Mate. I am really enjoying this series, great stories, good characters and nicely written.
A sweet romance where Timo finally finds his mate only to let her slip through his grasp but he is a determ9ned bear and seeks her out, only to find out she is in the last place he thought to find her. Love the bit of suspense and definitely the striptease, bearing it all. The second story a bit more suspenseful and really great.
She there for a bride party and he and the others are dancing to raise money to save the town. They had a one night stand and he forget to get her number. She and a friend moves to hope valley and the guys are doing a tour to raise money. Thanks to Lauren they get together ,she tells him she pregnant and we have a slap happy bear.
I am so excited about this series I can't get enough of them please keep writing these stories 💘you are an amazing writer how you write these stories that have such great details and story lines is awesome I loved Timo and his mates shyness but determination to find family and love
Raven and friends are on a three state bachelorette party with the bride. One of the stops is in a small town called Hope Valley for a male strip show. Timo and friends are trying to raise enough money to keep their small town from being bought out and turned into another dull, dusty place. The two meet at the show and sparks fly between them!!
Time has been waiting for his fated mate for a long time. When he finally finds Raven, he loses her the same night, leaving him wondering if he'll ever find her again.
A group of women go on a bachelorett party that includes a male stripper show. A stripper dances with a girl from the audience and thinks she's his true mate. Will they find their happily ever after? I highly recommend this series.
I liked this story it did seem shorter and a little rushed compared to the previous books but it was still pretty goods. Didn't have the extra angst but I didn't miss it really this one would be great for a lunchtime read!
Time & Raven: He's been waiting for his mate for awhile, but the night of the show he saw her. She never believed she could get a guy like him. The characters will take you through twists and turns through out their journey to find their fated mate.
I can't get enough of this book📗 series, it is filled with friendship, family, laughter, drama, action. In this small town with these handsome men looking for their fated mates. On to the next book in this series!
I really like this series so far, had a hard time with finding a series i liked by Ariana tried several different ones, so far I like this. most of the mate series I read before this one And Matematch outcast (Ragtown).
This is the story of Timo and Raven. The story is short and therefore a very quick read. Frankly, there’s not a lot of difference in the storyline of each book. There are sexual scenes that may offend some readers.
