This brings the live adaption S1 and the witch hunt to a conclusion. Nothing seemed too far fetched in this brilliantly crafted game full of emotions and important events. The concept of dealers intrigues me, and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next..

Se concluye el arco argumental de la caza de brujas y los juegos cambian. Gran fuerza en los personajes y el autor maneja el tema de la empatia y los sentimientos para distinguirnos de las bestias. Argumentos sólidos y personajes bien estructurados. La trama te envuelve y eso hace que la lectura sea adictiva.

In the 7th volume of Alice in Borderland. the story of the witch hunt was resolved in a splendid way. Haro Aso san masterfully brought everything to an end, giving a small hope and resolving all issues before we move on to the next level.

Volume 7 sees the conclusion of the witch hunt game and it's a satisfying end.
The witch is revealed along with a lot information about the games too that brings new suspense to the story.
Arisu is becoming a very good protagonist and Usagi is evolving into a good character as well.
Finally some definitely needed downtime takes place after the game that explores the relationships of the participants.
Recommended!

Trò Săn phù thủy được phá đảo, tất cả các lá bài số đều đã được thu thập xong. Nh��ng người còn sống sót sắp tới sẽ tiếp tục thử thách qua các lá bài hình J Q K.
Trong tập này, tác giả đã giải thích rõ hơn về xứ sở Borderland. Người bị lạc vào đây sẽ được chia thành 2 trường hợp:
- Trở thành những player - như nhóm Arisu từ đầu truyện đến giờ. Họ sẽ chiến các game để gia hạn visa của mình.
- Hoặc trở thành dealer, người chia bài. Những người này sẽ được cử làm người tổ chức trò chơi. Trái lại với các player giành visa bằng con số trên lá bài, họ cũng được cấp thêm visa tương ứng với số người chơi thua cuộc trong game mà họ đã tổ chức. Tức là các player bị game over thì những người này sẽ sống, còn game clear thì họ bị tia laser chiếu xuống y hệt như player. Và tất nhiên, họ tuyệt đối không được để lộ thân phận dealer của mình ra bên ngoài cho người khác biết.
Nghe có vẻ các dealer sẽ may mắn hơn player, nhưng không phải. Ngồi một chỗ trên máy tính, quan sát và rủa cho các player thua cuộc, ban đầu điều đó là cái thở phào nhẹ nhõm, nhưng dần họ cũng trở nên mất nhân tính, cười cợt trên cái chết của đồng bào mình. "Chết cả đám cho tôi", "Cái chân của nó đứt lìa rồi, y hệt con búp bê",... Sống mà chỉ chăm chăm vào sự may rủi của người khác như vậy, nuôi cái cảm xúc tiêu cực để rồi đánh mất chính mình, nếu là mình, thì mình thà làm các player còn hơn 🙂

Come from Netflix series because I can't wait for ss2! Finished the whole manga within a few days and it was such a pleasure experience
The idea is briliant, still haven't wrapped my head around how the author was able to come up with such awesome and meaningful story like that. It really makes me question my true identity on the verge of death, when I have to make choices that I bet my life on. I think I'll never know who I really am
I like all the characters. It's a shame that the 2 best friends of Arisu die too soon. I wanted to see them more in the story, but like the story said at some point, their deaths are " necessary evil" for Arisu to mature.
Shibuki was a calculating person and will do anything to hold on to her life. I cried when she smiles and embraces Chunta during her last few seconds of the hide and seek game. It's like she finally accepts her fate that she is about to die. It was such a hard moment for Shibuki to let go considering what she did in the past, but she did it, and at least she was happy in her last moment

llegamos al fin de la utopia (solo en la serie porque en el manga tenemos todavia unos 11 tomos más)
logramos entender un poco de como es el juego y lo que traman la gente detras de el, y si lo comparamos con la serie no tenemos mucha info que digamos.
Arisu siempre da lo mejor de si con su forma tan inteligente de razonar todas las situaciones para salir beneficiado (aunque no de manera fisica porque siempre se termina comiendo las peores golpizas), pero esta vez toda la tramoya viene desde algo más oscuro.
Llegar a la situacion en la que terminaron deja ver que la gente puede llegar a ser muy manipulable a la hora de sacar conclusiones sin tener idea de lo que pasa y solo dejandose llevar por el que diran.

and with this, i have officially caught up with season one.
i'm absolutely buzzing with excitement to continue on and see what awaits me. my sister - who read spoilers - is dangling answers in front of me as if she's playing with a pet and it's driving me insane, so i can't wait to find out what the borderland is and how - or if - these games will end.
took down a star because of the few transphobic panels, so trigger warnings for that; however apart from that it was still a very thrilling, tense read.

Chishiya aparece re poco locooooooooooooooooooo.
Ahora tengo más intriga porque en la serie el desenlace de la playa no fue igual al manga.
Sigue siendo interesantísimo la importancia que le dan a la depresión y lo mal que la pasaban en la realidad, teniendo en cuenta el contexto de unos juegos re morbosos y macabros.
Lo que no me puedo acordar es si en la serie, respetan el personaje de Hikari como trans. Porque me re shokeó mal, y no me pareció q era algo que ya conocía.

Setelah adanya pembantaian yang terjadi di the Beach untuk mencari siapa sosok "the witch", akhirnya diketahui oleh Arisu yang baru saja diselamatkan oleh Usagi. Ternyata, "the witch"-nya adalah si korban sendiri yang menusuk dirinya. Dari kejadian itu, terbongkarlah juga ternyata selain ada "player", ada juga "dealer" yang bertugas untuk menyusun permainan. "Dealer" bisa terus bertahan hidup jika game yang dimainkan menghasilkan banyak peserta yang terbunuh.

Le jeu psychologique touche à sa fin avec des révélations intéressantes. Cette conclusion est moins molle que le début mais pas assez percutante. Les chapitres suivants sont plus légers mais nécessaires pour développer l'esprit de communauté et surtout laisser un petit répit avant une seconde partie qui risque de se montrer corsée. En espérant que le tome suivant ne soit pas transitoire.

Not my favorite volume of the series, just pacing-wise, but we get a new development in how the games work and who is behind them. We also get a few heartfelt moments of some of the characters being able to continue to live and enjoy life, even amidst sorrows. I'm excited to see how they all continue.

¡Cambio radical comparado con la serie! Me gustó mucho más ver esta parte en el manga que en la serie -y eso ya es decir bastante-. No puedo dejar de pensar en cómo se desarrollará la historia a partir de aquí y viendo que acabó de manera tan distinta a como pensó que lo haría.

So if you're reading the manga after watching the series, this volume wraps up the first season. The Ten of Hearts game comes to a conclusion, and we end on another cliff-hanger. Another flawless volume for me. 5/5

this was so good but also made me so sad :( i wish they'd included the scenes of all the beach citizens forming a community after the destruction of the beach. they're literally the found family trope personified <3 i love them sm

Witch game is still one of the best games in all of Alice in borderland.
Interesting to see the end of season 1 here, a little different from what I remember from the show. Interested to see how the rest will differ from season 2.
