My first grader and I took turns reading this one aloud. Considering the nature of the pranks anyone under first grade probably shouldn't read it but my kid gave it 5 stars. I'd give it a 3.5 or 4. It was a humorous read. (Lots of potty humor!)
This book The Pranksters Club: The Wimpy Kid Takeover was great fun and there was not a single moment in the 3 times I read it that I felt dull and bored. A great start by J.C. Foster. All the mischievous kids are surely going to love this book where they plan to fake snow the gym, make toilet flushes unable to work, and the biggest of all, replace a teacher with one of their club members-Max. You'll will not be able to resist your laughter while reading this book. Some may even try some pranks, but my name shouldn't come in! A perfect story to end a day on a higher note. A perfect remedy to boredom and dullness. Review by, Manan Shah
The Pranksters Club - The Wimpy Kid Takeover was an extremely funny and enjoyable book. It was a perfectly random book that I picked out as my first from the Kindle, and it turned out to be extremely addicting!
The pranks are very interesting, and the one with the lemon Jell-O and the candy bar was funny and annoying to the one it is played on! The lemon Jell-O would just not budge when you flush it, keeping the candy bar with it.
This book tells of Connor Luck and his buddies Max and Milo Frost. They become pranksters to avoid bullies and even swap a teacher for Max for a week, which is very daring. But the suspense when Mrs. Mildred Melmapitz and Harold Applesmith take the group to 'The Closet' is quite mystical, and I liked it.
It is a good pastime. I rated it 5 stars bcoz I am a student and reading a book about such pranksters really made me happy. Thank you JC Foster and kindle
