Don't You deserve your own happily ever after?Romancing You is a stand-alone series of novellas where YOU are the star of the romance. The books are all written in 2nd person point-of-view. The dark alphas in this series come from other Kenya Wright novels.
However, you do not need to have read the other books to understand the romance. These stories exist in an alternate universe. _______________ IN VOLUME ONE, Russian Mafia boss, Kazimir storms into your place and uses it as a hide out, sparking an out of this world adventure of action, luxury, and love.
Kenya Wright wrote her first novel during her third year at UM Law school. She dropped out a month after the release and never looked back.
Words are power, and Kenya wants to be the greatest wizard that ever lived.
It's an audacity to inspire and teach the healing of love through arousal.
It's this crazy idea that love can not only help a reader escape, but the story can also teach the person about being human, while making them laugh, cry, and hot for more sex.
kazimir — 2.5 stars 80% smut + 20% plot (and by plot i mean more smut, same day instalove and the biggest cock blocker you’ve ever seen). there wasn’t an editor to be seen in the making of this novella, but the stars told me i was two seconds from a reading slump and this gave me a yummy “junk food read” to finish. mission accomplished. thank u, kenya 💕
also, i read “dirty kisses” last april and now i want to re-read and finish the series
king david — tba i’ll read this one next reading slump!
Loved the of being King David's boo thang, but I still had another person in mind which left me feeling like the FMC had a lot of missing storyline. King David is giving hot and sexy though. Just makes me want to get to the next book in the mouse & Lion series.
I give this book five stars. I had to rewrite this because something happened but anyway… Kazimir is bae! Get you a man who breaks down your door and gives you $80,000 because you deserve it 🤭 He really got me castle 🥹 I am not worthy of this man! I really missed this man, let me go on and catch up on the lion and mouse series 😂
As a reader don't you just luv it, find it absolutely wonderful when an author writes books like Romancing You instead of adding a book to a series like The Immortal Crown Saga. The last book in that series was published Aug 2023. I realized in August 2023 that this 3rd book would not complete the series, one more book, a 4th book is pending. So, I decided to wait and read the 3rd and 4th books after the 4th book is published but it wasn't published in 2024. Nope, instead we get this Romancing You and the series is still not complete.
Kenya you are a wonderful writer, and Romancing You was without a doubt very satisfying to many of your readers. You implemented a fantastic idea by adding YOU (me) to the storyline. Great! But as one of your most ardent readers, I didn't enjoy it. I would have preferred the 4th and last book of the Immortal Crown Saga or even another Lion and Mouse book instead. Those books actually have a storyline that demands my attention and evokes thrills and excitement.
I hope all is well with you and look forward to your next books in the series I have mentioned.
Kenya Wright did a BRILLIANT JOB at tackling the challenges of the second person. It was intriguing and yet inclusive of all. The plot was well thought out and included numerous spucy scenes (for all you spicy lovers 🔥). It was a thrill and I appreciated the effort ❤️
The book was great, but I hated that the e-book ended on chapter 11, but the paperback had a chapter 12. I also didn’t like the fact that the e-book does not have the pictures that the paperback has. It was a wonderful story, and I loved the fact that Kazimir’s Love was strong enough to help him out when he needed her.
3.5 stars I like the different concept of writing from the reader’s POV. It just felt too far-fetched. I have read some insta-love stories before but this one seemed too unbelievable. Maybe if illustrations where Kazimir was depicted gazing at us could have made it better. Also, probably the conflict with the Scorpion could have been extended to make it a better read.
How would you react to guests who invited themselves into your home without opening the door? Right. That’s what happens to the FMC in this tale. And as the MMC should, he makes it all right. I enjoyed and recommend this novella. Your guest may be the one!
I enjoy Kenya Wright's books, her work is awesome, descriptive, an very engaging. However, this 2nd person .....not a fan. But....I will always remain a fan of Kenya Wright!!
These two in this story, was one hot couple. Kashmir and Novoluniye seem to gave fallen in love at first sight. His cousin Misha was one sick puppy. Sometimes you have to be careful of you send to to do a job.
Loved this book short and sweet I have been a fan of David's since book two it was so uniquely written like only Kenya can do forever a fan of her work keep the books coming ill keep reading ...
I am stunned speechless! Ms. Wright did a fantastic job writing this. The title is apt because I felt as if she was actually writing about me. I hope she writes more like this.
The writing in 2nd person did not allow for character development of the woman and made her feel unintelligent. Kenya Wright is better than this. Not a fan.
I love reading about Kaz, but if I’m being honest it was a little too insta lovey. I just imagined myself as Emily because I don’t think he could feel this way for anyone else but her.
I preferred the first book more this one was a bit too cerebral. I still really love the concept I just felt this was not as exciting as the previous book
I'm always amazed at a good writers ability to create a story. But what I'm not so amazed by or you may even say frustrated by is an incomplete series, whilst these little risky dinky stories constantly appear or another story which in turns into another incomplete series. While these were written amidst a series why not finish the series then add these little risky dinky stories. Believe it or not I am holding three incomplete series by you and am very upset (p i s s e d) they are still incomplete, the main being the Lion and the Mouse, from which this little risky dinky book spun from. This was a waste of time and not even good story telling. Get it together Kenya.....And guess what this is a series too.. I guess after King David others will follow. Ugh
