I love creating unique characters, love giving them happy endings and I even love the voices in my head. There's no other job I would rather be doing. In September 2002, when I got the call that Silhouette Desire wanted to buy my first book, Desert Warrior, it was a dream come true. I hope to continue living the dream until I keel over of old age on my keyboard.
I was born in Fiji and raised in New Zealand. I also spent three years living and working in Japan, during which time I took the chance to travel around Asia. Tentation charnelle (Beat of Temptation)
J’ai adoré cette nouvelle qui met en valeur Tamsyn et Nathan qui me semblait effacé dans le tome 1. On connaîtra le début de leur relation et tous les épreuves qu’ils ont vécu pour que Nathan se décide de faire Tamsyn comme sa “mienne”!
Irrespective attirance (Stroke of Enticement)
Ça allait vite pour ce couple pis je trouvais qu’il manquait un peu de jus pour tenir mon attention. Ce couple ne méritait pas leur nouvelle, je trouve! C’était boff comme je m’attendais à mieux.

I loved seeing Nate and Tamsyn as a young couple. Not gonna lie, this one made me cry. Nate was such a hard headed jerk at times, too blinded by his perception of what Tamsyn needed to let her tell him what she needed and wanted. But they worked it out in the end.

Tammy and Nate
What I loved about Nalini Singh's writing is how easily she can have me slipped into the heroine's body to feel her frustrations and needs. I guess that speaks on how captivating her words are.
This is the story of how Tammy tried to get Nate to finally claim her as his mate. Nate, stubborn dominant, thought she needed a few years to enjoy life.
I wish this were longer, though the storyline and pace is perfect already and a few chapters might make it otherwise.
To add that maybe a chapter of her pregnancy be added, since I read the other books in the series and I loved it.

I din't think I will love Tamsyn's story so much but I did. Nate was an idiot and I would have made him suffer more for his stupidity, but Tam is very forgiving.

Nate a toujours considéré Tamsyn comme une personne spéciale pour lui. Mais tout change lorsqu’un jour, ils comprennent qu’ils sont unis par le biais du lien nuptiale. Nate la trouve bien trop jeune pour finir enchaîné avec quelqu’un, la repousse. Cela va durer quelques temps, jusqu’à ce qu’elle décide de tout faire pour lui montrer que leur lien est fait pour durer et que l’âge n’a rien à voir.
Chronologiquement, ce tome se situe bien avant Esclaves des sens, le premier tome de cette série.
Tentation charnelle est centré sur les personnage de Tamsyn et de Nate, personnage que j’aime beaucoup. Du coup, je voulais absolument le découvrir.
J’ai apprécié le personnage de Tamsyn, dans le premier tome, et je dois dire qu’après la lecture de ce tome, je l’apprécie encore plus. Et j’ai découvert Nate, et je comprend maintenant que l’amour qui les unis est vraiment fort et sincère.
Bien que les Psi soient pas tellement présent dans ce tome, j’ai encore découvert des choses sur le projet « Silence ». Ce qui me donne encore envie de découvrir la suite, de cette série, qui je crois commence à devenir l’une de mes préférées.

Ha sido una novela mágica, corta y intensa. No pude evitar llorar en el bus al acabarla. Al haber leído ya 5 libros de la saga y conocer a estos personajes, se me hizo imposible no amarlos desde el principio. Me paso lo mismo que con el libro de Dorian (Presa del Placer), tenia muchas esperanza en el libro y no me a defraudado.
La autora a sido capa de meter en 80 páginas muchísimas emociones. He llegado a comprender a los dos protagonista sobre cómo querían llevar su relación, y no he podido odiar a ninguno en ningún momento.
De verdad lo recomiendo, es una novela muy especial.
Recuerdo que entre los protagonistas usan entre ellos términos de posesión ( Como "El es mío" "Ella es mía").
La autora a sido capa de meter en 80 páginas muchísimas emociones. He llegado a comprender a los dos protagonista sobre cómo querían llevar su relación, y no he podido odiar a ninguno en ningún momento.

Listened to audio narrated by Angela Dawe. Nate is an idiot finding his mate Tamsyn is only fifteen. He wants to give her time but when Tamsyn turns 19 she's done waiting. Nalini draws you into her stories, her characters have a realism that makes for an excellent read.

I have always loved Tammy. She is all sweetness but with a spine of steel. Nate was just like all the other macho heroes; nothing special.
What was special was the love and care that these two have for each other. I can reread this one again and again.

เรื่องนี้น่ารักดี เป็นเรื่องของแทมซินกับเนท ทั้งคู่รู้ตัว่าเป็นคู่ชีวิตกันตั้งแต่แทมซินอายุสิบห้า แล้วเนทก็ต้องรอเวลาให้แทมซินโตและให้เธอได้ใช้ชีวิตอย่างอิสระก่อนที่จะมาลงเอยกับเขา เขาไม่อยากให้แทมซินเป็นแบบแม่ของเขาที่แต่งงานกับพ่อไปสักพักก็ไปกันไม่รอด เพราะแม่ของเขาโหยหาอิสระ
แทมซินรู้ตัวว่าเธอพร้อมสำหรับเนทแล้ว แต่เนทก็ยังผลักไสเธอไปทุกวิถีทาง นั่นทำให้แทมซินต้องทำทุกวิธีเพื่อให้เนทชอบครองคู่กับเธอให้ได้ ... สุดท้ายเมื่อความพยายามไร้ผล แทมซินเลยตัดสินใจออกจากฝูง พอเนทรู้เรื่อง เขาก็ไล่ตามเธอจนพบ และทั้งสองก็ได้ปรับความเข้าใจกันในที่สุด
... เราชอบเรื่องนี้มาก อาจเป็นเพราะว่ามันเป็น Short Story ด้วยแหละ เลยเนื้อหาไม่ค่อยหนัก อ่านสบายๆ ทั้งเนทและแทมซินน่ารักมากกกกกกกกกก ตอนที่ทั้งคู่ปรับความเข้าใจกันก็ทำเราเผลออมยิ้มตามไปด้วยเลยทีเดียว

แซค นักรบแห่งฝูงเสือดาวดาร์คริเวอร์ได้พบกับแอนนี่ คุณครูแสนสวย แว่บแรกที่เขาเห็นเธอ เขาก็รู้ได้ทันทีว่าเสือดาวในตัวเขาปราถนาเธอมากแค่ไหน แอนนี่คือคู่ชีวิตของเขา ดังนั้นแซคจะไม่มีทางปล่อยเธอไปอย่างง่ายๆแน่นอน

Une nouvelle parfaite.
Et ce n'est pas peu dire pour moi qui ne suis pas adepte de ce format qui souvent donne des récits bâclés et incomplets.
Ici, la nouvelle ne met pas en place les personnages et leur rencontre. Tant mieux. On rentre rapidement dans le vif de la romance et j'ai trouvé que ça enlevait beaucoup de défauts à la nouvelle (comme de rencontrer l'héroïne et de tomber amoureux d'elle au bout de la cinquième page). On évite les facilités, en axant la romance sur un moment précis de la vie de ce couple emblématique de la série dont toutes les lectrices voulaient connaître. Nalini Singh ne propose qu'un épisode mais c'est tant mieux. Le format nouvelle prend tout son sens et j'ai littéralement dévoré cette nouvelle qui se lit très rapidement.L' écriture de Nalini Singh est très inspirée.

This book I have shelved for Stroke of Enticement a novella by Nalini Singh. Ms. Singh is one my favorite authors and while novellas are always too short for my personal taste this story is sweet. The other word that I would use is "full". By this I mean that Ms. Singh has told a full story, a story that has a beginning, middle and end. That the story has layers that make it complete not just a surface story. While there is little plot and not a lot of background, the story of Annie and Zach is complete and satisfying.
