Does it bother anyone else that Olive's father lost all of her money and made absolutely no attempt to put it right? He basically said 'sorry I lost all your money -thank goodness I didn't invest mine!' and that was it. He didn't attempt to pay even a portion back, he doesn't give her even a small allowance. Meanwhile he lives in luxury in his manor house. His wife is even redecorating!
