SH7879 : Snowy hawthorn

Snowy hawthorn
Snowy hawthorn
A hawthorn tree with a coating of heavy, wet snow that was dumped overnight. It is just possible to discern that this is not a monochrome image, but we never saw the sun until the snow had melted. Quite a contrast with Christmas Day (see SH7879 : Exploring the Vardre).
