Dulyn moraine
Dulyn occupies a good example of a glacial cwm or cirque. The steep western headwall forms massive cliffs, while the over-deepened bowl is filled with water. The outlet side of the cwm has a prominent moraine, though it is less perfect than that of neighbouring Melynllyn. The southern end of the moraine has been modified by glacial or fluvial processes, but it can be seen to contain massive blocks of rock that are strewn down the valley.
