TF0820 : An evening-primrose

taken 5 months ago, near to Bourne, Lincolnshire, England

An evening-primrose
An evening-primrose
Oenothera glazioviana, large-flowered evening-primrose, is also known as Oenothera lamarckiana having been described twice in the 1870s by two different naturalists.

There are a handful of plants in this garden, and none anywhere else on the estate. I suspect they were introduced by birds from some distance away
