This memorial consists of two recessed slate bi-lingual plaques and a small trough. It is located next to the bus shelter in Abergwyngregyn.
One of the plaques commemorates completion of the A55 Abergwyngregyn improvement Scheme, whilst the other commemorates the completion of the dualling of the A55 between Bangor and Chester.
Both plaques were unveiled on the 4th of October 1994.
