Railway stations are fertile ground for defibrillator spotters - this one is on the side of SK5739 : Platform steps.
Nottingham railway station

There used to be two main stations in the city centre - Victoria (Great Central Railway), which closed in 1967, and this, the Midland Railway's through station. It was built in 1904, architects Lambert and Trubshaw. After a period of decline under British Rail, it is thriving again after a thorough redevelopment in 2013-2014 in connection with the extension of the city's tram system. It currently has seven platforms, and step-free interchange with two tram routes.

The station buildings are listed Grade II* (list entry 1271301) as "an important and outstanding complex of railway station buildings and structures ... [and for the] high quality of its Neo-Baroque architecture, rare among English railway stations".
