NO UNAUTHORISED PERONS ALLOWED
Liability will not be accepted by the builder
for any injuries sustained by trespassers

Parents are advised to warn their
children of the dangers and
consequences of trespassing on this site
As this site is surrounded by high metal fencing as seen in this photo, it is unlikely that anyone would be able to climb over that fencing. However, one can't say that you haven't been warned!
