Severn Valley Railway - signal works
The cherry picker is designed for road or rail use and is being used to allow access for the removal of the signal arms from the post. The big 30 ton steam crane has just pulled out the stump of an old wooden signal post and that is hanging from its hook. The lighting was getting progressively worse as the day wore on.
