Tye House
Large house on Coastal Road (no 19) in the West Kingston estate. The current house was built around 2007, designed by local architect Neil Holland, and won a Sussex Heritage Trust award that year. It replaced a previous house of the same name, presumably dating from the 1930s when the road was first developed.
