Viewed from Portobello bridge, a new public open space is being laid out, presumably to satisfy a planning condition for the Waterfront flats development, left SP3065 : Social divide, The Waterfront, Warwick. It was built on the site of Potterton's Warwick works, where they made boilers. The park is on the company's former sports field on the western edge of Leamington; it extends beyond the new white road bridge across the Avon SP3065 : New bridge and developments at site of Potterton's factory.
