BAE Systems Central Yard Complex
BAE Systems Central Yard Complex
This huge building is the £130 million Central Yard Complex that is to be used to build and outfit parts of the Successor submarines that will replace the Vanguard class SSBNs. It has been designed to have plenty of natural light and be as aesthetically pleasing as possible. 800 people will work in the building. The Central Yard Complex is just one part of a £300 million revamp including an extension to the existing Devonshire Dock Hall.
