Tay Bridge viewed from the Dundee Law
Dundee Law is a 170 metre (570 feet) extinct volcano in the city of Dundee, there is a radio mast, war memorial and viewing area on the summit.
The Tay Bridge carries the main-line railway across the Firth of Tay in Scotland, between the city of Dundee and Wormit in Fife. Its span is 2.75 miles (3.5 kilometres). The present bridge was opened in 1887, the original bridge collapsed in high winds on 28 December 1879, killing an estimated 75 train passengers and crew.
