The Robin Law Cairn
The cairn is no longer marked on OS maps, but it is shown and named on OS maps from the first edition (25-inch map surveyed in 1861) to at least 1937 (6-inch map surveyed in that year).

The cairn itself is in the foreground, but it is turf-covered. A few decades ago, there were some loose stones lying around, but now there is just a knoll here.

See NS4674 : The Robin Law Cairn for another view, and for much more information about the cairn.

The old cairn is 230 metres to the south of the Slacks trig point; the trig point itself is on the skyline, right of centre: NS4675 : Trig point in the Slacks.
