Spire of St.Benedict's Church, Glinton
This image was taken from the footpath running alongside Brook Drain between Lincoln Road and North Fen Road to the north of the village. The parish church was built in the 12th. century with additions in the 13th. and 15th. centuries. Owing to the flat landscape on the edge of the fens, the church's needle spire is visible for several miles.
