Rooftop gulls are widespread at present – swooping and raucous. This one has settled on one of sixteen pots on a chimney on this terrace J3372 : No 15 Upper Crescent, Belfast (3) in Upper Crescent. The pots are unremarkable, embellished only by a single ring.

The building is the subject of the following application (22 May 2017) for planning permission “LA04/2017/1268/F Refurbishment and change of use from offices to 21 No. apartments. Three ground floor rear extensions and three second floor rear extensions. Rear dormers and elevation changes. Construction of bin/cycle store at rear.  14-16 Upper Crescent Belfast BT7 1NT”.
