The Elham Valley Way descends to Wingmore
The Elham Valley Way descends to Wingmore
The Elham Valley Way, which connects Canterbury to Hythe drops down the eastern slope of the valley here from Thomas Acre Wood to reach Wingmore. It then follows the eastern side of the valley again to North Elham and Elham. The underlying chalk can be clearly seen. The woods of Baldock Downs can be seen across the valley to the right.
