Railway Bridge, old Hawes branch line, by Moorland Cottage
The single-track Hawes branch line (closed in 1959) linked the Settle-Carlisle line at Hawes Junction (now Garsdale) to the Hawes-Northallerton line (also now closed). The quality of the engineering on this bridge, which now links Moorland Cottage to the Hawes-Sedbergh road, is striking.
